So here's what i had in mind.

Weather:
Depending on which country you are currently located, year seasons could be incoorporated. In a form of weather. For example if you're located in Slovenia during november-march, snow flakes could be incoorporated on screen, also other snow deposits on icons... and the other way around if you are in south hemisphere. etc.

Authentic backgroun😛
Also if you're located in a country that lies, let's say in a desert. Desert background could be incoorporated (in this case all year around) (also jungle, eternal snow, alpine regions, forest-wolf regions etc.)
