E Pluribus Decem

Well back this summer I made the horrible mistake of fighting after I went to the hospital. With my wellness at 30, I lost my job. Soon after that, Russia took over my beloved state of Michigan. I decided to allow myself to die, with hopes of reviving myself once Michigan had an eUSA flag on it again.
My wish was fulfilled and I revived myself and worked to get myself back up to healthy living. Well I was successful. While bringing myself up to high health, I was wondering how we could prevent this from happening again. I noticed that other countries had less territories and because of that were able to have Q4 and Q5 hospital and Defense systems covering a vast majority of their country.
This is why I named my article "E Pluribus Decem", in English it means "Out of Many, Ten." I think we should find a way to take our 51 states, once they are all under our control, and make 10 superstates out of them. This way we'll be able to have a vast majority of our Nation be safe and strong. This way, we can create a stronger more secure society and a "more perfect union."

but having fewer territories also has a disadvantage: losing just one is disasterous.
that's a good point as well..... but if we build up our territories (like he suggested) then they will be harder to lose.
Having a few fortress states is a good idea, and that's what the eUSA is doing. But unfortunately, we can't redraw the map and merge several states into a superstate. Right now, Florida and California are the fortress states with the Q5 hospitals.

Can't we talk with management to allow countries to redraw state lines? I'll do that if asked to.
