e-Birmingham --- A notice and an update.

Day 166, 06:17 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Tim09

I am the current Mayor of Birmingham and would like to address a couple of issues.

First of all, I would just like to note that today I gifted citizens of e-Birmingham who were below 99% wellness, and had worked during the last week.
I thank these citizens for taking an active role in erepublik. The e-UK values citizens who are willing to contribute, even if it is simply working and training.

The second, and more imporant thing I have to say, is that e-Birmingham currentlly has 16 citizens.
This is a downfall from our previous citizen count.
2 were permanently banned (most likely for multi-accounting)
3 have very sadly died

Out of the 16 current citizens:
2 are off the top citizens list, so I am unable to find who they are (please reply to this or PM me if you are one of them so I can help you out with erepublik).
7 have not worked a single day this week (one of them said he was leaving erepublik, but may well come back as I beleive he is in holiday mode) - this means that exactly half of Birmingham citizens who I am aware of are inactive!

I am afraid that some, if not all, of Birminghams inactive citizens are a lost cause.
We do now have a Q1 hospital, a regular gifting system done by myself, and I PM citizens regularly to help them out if I feel they need it.
My door is always open to everyone.

That is an update on e-Birmingham.
I felt that I should post this publicly because I beleive we are in need of more active citizens, and urge anybody wishing to move region (or even foreigners wishing to move country) to consider e-Birmingham as a home.
Thanks for reading.
