Dear citizens of the world,

Football legend Johan Cruyff has died of cancer aged 68. Cruyff was a three-time world player of the year in the 1970s, and played in a World Cup final for Holland in 1974. He also had a successful spell as manager of Barcelona.

A statement on Cruyff’s website rea😛 “On March 24 2016 Johan Cruyff (6😎 died peacefully in Barcelona, surrounded by his family after a hard fought battle with cancer. It’s with great sadness that we ask you to respect the family’s privacy during their time of grief.”
