A rating of high next to a raw material on the main page of a region is rare. Just a few days ago the eUK had only one of these regions, London with high grain.

One is good, but two is better. The eUK, under Prime Minister GLaDOS, has sought and obtained a high Oil region from the gracious eNorwegians. It’s a gift, in a manner of speaking from former eNorway President seko38.

I don’t need to remind you how important a high defensive wall can be in protecting a region. Remember London?
