1. Eat 300 food each day.
One way to do this is to buy your food each day. However, this puts you at the mercy of market prices and will certainly cost you more money than you earn at your job. The best thing to do is to become self sufficient. With two grain companies and a Q2 Food company, will will produce more than 300 wellness each day, meaning you can sell the surplus - and this is in addition to the income you earn from work.

Where do you get the gold to do this? From your Hardworker and Super Soldier medals (as well as gold for leveling).

Use your first 10 gold to buy a grain company. You can now work in this company in addition to your regular job. Sell the grain and use that money for extra food. You can also hire employees, but be sure to pay them less than the value of the grain they produce (or else you will lose money)

Next month, buy a Q1 food company. You'll now make more than have the food your need each day. The upgrade to Q2 will take 20 gold, but you'll double your food production. You will need one worker to provide you with enough grain. Alternatively, you can buy your second grain company first, and use those profits to advance towards Q2 food.

2. Fight in the right battle at the right time.
It doesn't matter how much damage you do, if you do it in the wrong battle or at the wrong time.
Not every battle listed on the front page is a battle that we want to win. In addition, each battle is comprised of up to 16 minibattles. There is no sense in fighting in a minibattle that we have already won. (The battle is won by the first side to win eight minibattles)

However, you can help eUSA even more by joining a military group, where you will coordinate attacks on IRC to provide the most benefit. When it comes to military groups, there are many options to choose from.

eUS Military - This is the largest military group, consisting of the Training Corps, National Guard, Mobile Infantry, Army, Airborne and Marines. Up until recently, this was the Official Military Branch, but while they still follow battle orders from President, they have decided not to allow congressional oversight into day to day operations. It has very formal structure, with officers, ranks, ribbons, private forums, etc. They take their job seriously.

Seal Team 6 - This is a militia group, which means that while it fights on America's side, they don't explicitly follow battle orders from the President / Secretary of Defense. In the past, they organized resistence wars our allies who were under occupation.
