Does Congress Even Matter?
Hazelrah
I think we should care. Here's why...
Even though the forum was under maintenance much of the past term, and even though it was quiet, Congress continued in-game proposals with wonderful efficiency.
Not only do those donations continue to fund programs that enrich the experience of all eUSA players, they are also building up our national reserve in preparation for BIG WAR which could be very soon based on rumors and the housing market.
TCP Country President Gnilraps and MoFA Carlos3000 have also been working hard to grow our MPP stack. Congress has worked seamlessly with them to make that a reality.
So... if you are someone who utilizes any of these programs, if you are someone who enjoys having friends, winning wars, protecting our core regions, or just making money off of combat orders... you want to vote TCP.
A vote for TCP means a vote for sovereignty of eUSA and good stewardship of tax revenue.

Man... you teased me with your title thinking it might actually be an intellectual article about how congress is irrelevant, but no... it's just another advertisement.
quote "The Constitution Party (and Oblige) continued to make daily donation proposals to the Congressional Budget Office to fund programs like Meals on Wheels, Habitat for Humanity, AARP, and the very popular Warthog combat orders."
How did The Constitution Party (and Oblige) made daily donations and not a Congress? Please, can someone explain to me?
These proposals must be made ingame in a timely manner. I haven't seen the statistics, but Wilson is suggesting that the vast majority of those timely proposals was made by TCP.
The takeaway point being TCP representatives were engaged in the process all month long and remained organized and coordinated so that the revenue did not get stuck in the Country account where it cannot be used.
They proposed laws, but everything else was done by Congress. That's like ordering food in restaurant and you come home and brag to your friends how you prepare all the food. This is really cheap propaganda. You neglect other congressmen who vote yes on the donation laws or did only congressmen of TCP and Oblige vote yes on the donation laws? You neglect Congress.
And how did he edit the article, like in a Congress. 😃
If these laws don't get proposed, there is nothing to vote on. If they don't get proposed as quickly as possible after the last one expires, we are substantially delaying the rate at which we build up reserves. Any 2-clicker can click vote yes every time, it takes coordination, communication, and timing to make sure everyone uses their 2 proposals each month to keep the country running smoothly.
That isn't a point. The point is that you take credit for something that is not entirely yours.
Come share the credit with us next month (Oblige did)! We'd love to see you make a donation proposal.
And if I do that, will you write that I am the only congressman that propose donation laws?

You're a real edgy guy.
Save your vote. TCP will multi its way to the too with or without amy human support.
No, it doesnt. Not since many years ago.
Congrats on breaking the addiction! Thanks for voting for those who still play like it matters. It's more fun this way.
