I paid 26.5 golden according to the contract but RBC just donated one bread to me, not q5 house as stated in the contract.

this is why you should buy expensive things on the market or only trade with trustful sellers, like active people in irc and so on...
Anyway, sad, but there are ways to avoid such bad things.
Unlucky.
Unless from a friend you should buy big ticket items from the market as otherwise you risk losing all your gold.
That is why I try to sell all my houses on the marketplace, and now with forum contracts no longer being upheld until V2, that remains especially so.
Contracts are not upheld anymore like FPS said. It's kinda your own fault for not reading the news.
