We should still try to run a government in another area to keep discussions going about ideas about what to do about these taxes, in case we ever do get a Congress. It'd be nice to see what one could do. Have we tried setting up a provisional government? Maybe do that in an online forum, if we want to set something like that up.

Thanks! Also I agree that no congress ingame should stop us from communicating and implementing governmental concerns. I think we are in the right direction when it comes to that because I have seen some political issues articles as of late.
