DID the Press Ministry just THREATEN Egypt's Parliament? :o

Last few days the Egyptian Majles (Congress) has voted to decline on yet another impeachment law, though it is legal and valid for ANY MP to put impeachment for votes, as this is a democracy, and it should be completely ok to either pass or not pass these legislations, as this is how democracy works.It is NOT ok for the Egyptian government and the it's ministry of Press to issue out a statement threatening the Egyptian people, and its congress and representation with hijacking the country to turn it into a dictatorship because it isn't going the way they want. If the current administration can't take it's citizen's opinions of impeachment or other votes then perhaps this isnt the best place for them.

Personally, I was indifferent for the impeachment as I just came back from the death after years of being away, but this statement shows nothing but bad wording and a very childish immature attitude either by the Ministry of Press or by the current administration.

Threats do NOT end well to any side of a conflict.

As for the part where the government feels that they are seen as occupiers. I would say not for me, I just see the current regime as another PTOers, nothing more nothing less. I cherish the diversity of the country, certainly welcoming everyone to come and invest in the country and work and have loyalty to it.. But the RULERS of the party acts like an occupying force rather than an Egyptian one. ones that will get bored eventually, get to another country and start all over, while the native Egyptians will remain to rebuild whatever they left behind. I've been here since 2009, Ten years ago basically, I lobbied for the Creation of the three Arab states, and was it's President at one point. We've had many ethnicities of PTOers come and go, Macedonians, Croatians etc...

You may like threats but we're desert people, patience is in our blood, we will ALWAYS out-wait you... that's why no occupiers ever stay 🙂
