By having and activating houses you are able to collect overtime points which you can use for overtime work. This means you can work serveral times for your employer. This is a win-win situation in times of workers shortage.
Some employers can't afford to pay high wages or pay double or triple wages. I fully understand that. But why the heck do so many employers put a maximum daily payment per employee and still look for new workers???
For example I work for never0n. He put a payment limit so I can work only twice a day for him.
On the other side he's still looking for more workers on the market.
Where is the logic? Why do you need 5 workers when you can have one guy who works five times per day for you?
Seriously, guys, you're killing the job market with this behaviour. You offer too high wages and you're blocking the market for employers who really lack workers.

i think maby he want more 1-2 wrokers so he will can get more workers that will work just twice per a day if he will apply to each worker to work more he will lose much more money, for examp:
he have:
2 workers can work 3 times per a day thats mean he get 6 worker tickets
if he will let u work 3 times he will get 9 workers tickets and he will lose more
better for him to hire more 1 worker and get 8 worker tickets instead
now most of the time we are talking about 10-20 workers so the difference bigger then this i hope u succeed understand my opinion
Are you sure about the work tickets? In the wiki it says: „The employer gets one “work ticket” for each overtime work, similar to the regular work“

You are right Onrop.... sadly when you have around 15-20 employes and yu need to cover all the works for houses, you try to hire a little bit chipest than what you have.... we have that problem.....now i am fine, and you can come back.... but if i don't sell Q3 houses like for 3 or 4 days, i will be again in bankrupt.... its a vicious citcle... for the moment i can afforth it.... and why we cant offer less money for jobs it's because if not workers will prefer to go overboard, and of course that it's better for has that they work for someone in Israel.

As some workers not work every day, it have some logic to hire some more workers in case one of them don't work on a day. By other hand a worker that works 5 or 10 times in a day can lead a bankrupcy to new players If items produced are not sold quickly for retrieve gains and continue paying wages.
