As you probably notice the new VAT law is approved. And that wouldn't be so dramatic if import taxes are not at 1%. This new VAT law literally mean, that anyone in the entire eWorld can reselling weapons in eBelgium cheaper than anyone in eBelgium produce it. So now, it is in better position any foreign importers than any domestic producers.
I and the other producers of weapon in eBelgium are forced to fire down all our employees because any foreigner is in superior position than us.
There is an example of other countries and their VAT and import taxes.
Big thanks to to all 14 Congressman which are vote YES for this proposal, because you care about all of us, and we will certainly vote for all of you on next congress elections.

VAT has no impact on the net price whatsoever as the foreigners pays both the VAT and the import taxe... So they pay a bit more than 15% of tax when we pay 14%.

I know that, but in Poland or Serbia mass production of weapons can offer less price of it because giant countries have 100% bonuses. In those countries
production is 20 units per worker and in eBe is just 12. They can buy Q7 in those countries on black m. for 8.5cc pr less and sell it to us with all taxes for 10. And there is no chanse we can produce it for less than 10bef. 15% of vat is fine by me, but 1% import tax is ridiculous.
I know the import tax is ridiculous, but this allows young people to buy things at a decent price.
Actually if you have less price of vat everybody will reselling a weapons for as much as lower price, end there you have a good price for young players. Now your good intentions for young players screwed up a domestic production. And i can admit it, thats a good market mechanism, if price of weap. raw would be 0.03bef which is not. As an commie, i've tried to produce a Q7 weapon as much cheap as i can for 9cc with taxes, but now, let the foreigners selling it.

GW, as soon as you can show me with actual numbers that a reductio in the income tax has any real benefit for players, young or old, I will vote for it. Until you can show that, however, complaints about it are nothing but rhetoric.

And I have explained to you many times that even at the highest salaries in eBe, a young player would not save enough by lowering the income tax to buy more than a couple of hits worth of food a day, no weapons and no moving costs. The state counters that by offering food and weapons to young players of far greater value than the taxes they pay.
