Der Judeenstat Part II – The eIsraeli Defence Forces.

Greetings again my dear readers,

I received many positive comments regarding my Der Judeenstat article and decided to continue with the same mind set. In this part I will discuss my personal vision for the eIDF and what it should be in my eyes compared to the situation it is in now.

eIDF is not a damage machine. We have neither the resources nor the strength/military rank firepower in eIsrael to set up a huge war machine. Our main damage dealer is the Sayeret Matkal and probably them alone can overpower the whole military by two or three times easily. Therefore it is obvious that in order to deliver high damage the Sayeret should be in a higher priority to the state for funding. This claim was voiced by various well known politicians and I fully agree to this statement. I was very cheered to see that the Ministry of Finance decided to send 150 gold for the members of the Sayeret to deliver over a million damage points only by four of our finest shock troops.

Yet remember that with all the respect to borders and wars those who were not blessed with the opportunity to still join the ranks of the Sayeret are equal members of the state. Those citizens who are proud soldiers of the eIDF are mostly new citizens with no prior knowledge of the game mechanics nor the community that eRepublik is based upon. Those citizens join the eIDF straight after reading the welcome message of our president. They enlist and get sent straight into a hell called bureaucracy. Exams, Rollcalls, Massive Attacks and what not. This is the point where they realize eRepublik is not what it seems it is, there is much more to it. Now they understand that this is a living world where momentum can change directions in seconds. Where you are judged not by the looks of you in real life, not by your real life salary and not by your age and not even by the amount of damage you really deliver you judged by your management skill and activity. I know it sounds very pink and perfect and you ask yourself wait I'm not in the New World I'm in eHeaven? Don’t get me wrong. eIsrael will never be a superpower as long as Joe Franco doesn’t develop the ability to split and multiply himself at least twenty times. What we can be is a successful small country with an active population of three hundred people who live together at the #eIsrael IRC room and can hold their line against the UAE, not against Serbia. Where do we start it? The first step is the reconstruction of the eIDF.

eIDF doesn’t need 150 gold on a weekly basis to function as a real army should function. It needs a few gold coins per week to effectively split low quality weapons along with a chunk of food supplies. Without it the eIDF can't run as an education community which receives new citizens with zero knowledge and honorably discharge them when they are elected as presidents. After we have that we need caring, active and skilled officers. I might be sound biased but the best example I have is my real life friend Daniel Morad. For how long have we been hearing about the 'Miluim' AKA as Commune System? Too much. He did that I did that he created that yet nothing effective and permanent was created by those who worked on the idea without offence. What Daniel Morad did you ask? He just sent an SMS to get a few gold coins and started up a company for Tavor Platoon that will work in a similar way to the Commune System. Now we soldiers of Tavor Platoon have 1500~ food per week for our massive attack (With some very small donations really). This is what I call a creative officer. He maximized the potential of his platoon to one day grow and maybe become our future elite troop in the Sayeret Matkal. Once we have both those very symbolic supplies that will help our recruits develop and officers eIDF is not only a potential damage supplier but its also a university. The University of eRepublik lies in its military



מדינת היהודים חלק 2- צהל.
שלום אזרחים יקרים.

אחרי שקיבלתי הרבה תגובות חיוביות בקשר למאמר שלי מדינת היהודים החלטתי להמשיך באותו קו מחשבה. בחלק הזה אתאר לכם את החזון האישי שלי בנוגע לצה"ל ומה הוא אמור להיות בעיני בהשווה למצב שבו הוא נמצא היום.

צה"ל הוא לא מכונת נזק. אין לנו לא את המשאבים ולא אכת כוח האש מבחינת חוזק או רמה צבאית בישראל כדי ליצור מכונת מלחמה ענקית. את מירב הנזק מספקת לנו סיירת מטכ"ל שהם כנראה לבדם יכולים להכפיל את הנזק שהצבא כולו עושה בשתיים או בשלוש פעמים לכן זה מובן מאליו שהסיירת צריכה להיות במקום גבוהה יותר מבחינת תקצוב. טענה זאת הושמעה על ידי מספר גורמים פוליטיים מאוד בכירים ומוכרים במדינה ואני מסכים אתה במאה אחוז. הייתי מאוד מעודד לראות שמשרד האוצר העביר 150 זהב לחברי הסיירת כדי שאלה יוכלו להנחית מיליון נזק רק על ידי ארבעה חיילים.

אך עדיין תזכרו שאם כל הבכוד לגבולות המדינה ולמלחמות לא כולם בורכו בהזדמנות להצטרף לשורות הסיירת ואלה שלא בפנים הם עדיין אזרחים שווים במדינה. אזרחים אלה שהם חיילים גאים בצה"ל הם בעיקר אזרחים חדשים ללא ידע מקדים על מנוע המשחק ועל הקהילה שעליה מתבסס המשחק. אזרחים אלה מצטרפים לצה"ל מיד לאחר קריאת הודעת הנשיא ומיד מתגייסים ונשאבים לתוך גיהנום שנקרא בירוקרטיה. מבחנים,בדיקות נוכחות,התקפות מתאומות ומה לא. זאת הנקודה בה אזרחים לה מבין שאירפבליק הוא לא מה שהוא נראה,יש לזה הרבה יותר. עכשיו הם מבינים שזה עולם חי שהמומנטום בו משתנה תוך שניות. זהו עולם בו אתה לא נשפט על פי המראה החיצוני האמיתי שלך,לא במשכורת שלך בחיים האמיתיים, לא לפי הגיל שלך ואפילו לא על פי כמות הנזק שאתה יכול לגרום אתה נשפט לפי יכולות הניהול שלך,ההתמדה והפעילות. אני יודע שזה נשמע מאוד ורוד ומושלם ואתם בטח שואלים את עצמכם רגע אנחנו בעולם החדש בו אירפבליק משוחק או באי-גן עדן? אל תבינו אותי לא נכון. ישראל לעולם לא תהיה מעצמת על כל עוד ג'ואי פרנקו לא פיתח את היכולת לחלק את עצמו ולהשתכפל עשרים פעם לפחות. מה שאנחנו כן יכולים להיות זאת מדינה קטנה אך מוצלחת עם אוכלוסייה פעילה של שלוש מאות אנשים אשר חיים ביחד בערוץ הישראלי באי.אר.סי ויכולים להחזיק את הגבול נגד איחוד האמירויות הערביות,לא נגד סרביה. איפה אנחנו מתחילים? הצעד הראשון הוא בניה מחדש של צה"ל.

צה"ל לא צריך 150 גולד על בסיס שבועי כדי להתקיים כמו שצבא אמיתי אמור להתקיים. הוא צריך רק כמה מטבעות גולד בודדים לשבוע כדי לחלק באופן יעיל נשקים מרמת איכות ירודה עם כמה לחמניות. בלעדי זה צה"ל לא יכול להתקיים כקהילה בה אזרחים חדשים מתגייסים עם אפס ידע ומשתחררים בכבוד כשאשר הם נבחרים לנשיאות. אחרי שיש לנו את זה אנחנו צריכים קצינים אכפתיים פעילים ומוכשרים. אני יכול להשמע מאוד מוטה פה ולא אובייקטיבי אך הדוגמא הכי טובה שלי היא החבר שלי במציאות דניאל מורד. במשך כמה זמן אנחנו שומעים על תוכנית המילואים? יותר מידי. הוא עשה את זה אני המצאתי את זה אבל עדיין שום דבר פעיל לאורך זמן לא נוצר על ידי אלה שעבדו על הרעיון. מה דניאל מורד עשה אתם שואלים? הוא שלח סמס כדי לקבל כמה מטבעות זהב ופתח חברה לפלוגת תבור שתעבוד בצורה מאוד דומה למערכת המילואים. עכשיו אנחנו חיילי פלוגת טבור יש לנו 1500 אוכל לשבוע בשביל התקיפות ההמוניות שלנו(כמובן שאנחנו מקבלים גם תרומות צנועות) לזה אני קורא קצין יצירתי. הוא מיקסם את הפוטנציאל של היחידה שלו לרמה כזאת שיום אחד היחידה יכולה להצמיח את אחד מחיילי העלית שלנו שיגנו עלינו בסיירת מטכ"ל. כשיהיה לנו את שני המרכיבים האלה, גם האספקה המאוד סמלית הזאת שתעזור למגוייסים הטריים להתפתח וקציני צה"ל פתאום צה"ל לא יהיה רק נזק פוטנציאלי בשדה הקרב אלה הוא יהיה אוניברסיטה. האוניברסיטה של אירפבליק מתחילה בצבא.
