You'd win this argument if the money went straight from the DAL to Coda, but once it went to the government, and was then given to the CAF it became part of the CAF's budget, a mid month increase if you will, in which excess was given to Coda

I remember nonstop ads saying "DAL donates Gold for War effort", not "DAL gives Gold to Coda for Tanking"...

Acacia, I can assure you that I think everything that was done was done with good intentions. If corruption exists, it's above my level, and is pretty limited de facto.

Fact is money was handed out willy nilly with no attention paid to who was getting how much and no flags were raised when a massive amount went to one person

You don't have mechanisms in place to catch this, therefor, who is to say it hasn't been abused before and won't be abused again

Chuck Norris wasn't paid, he was apparently going for one of the first CHs. She should have stopped, then, but it was late and noone really made that call. mistakes are bound to happen over a month.

I watched that battle, She was still tanking long after Chuck had stopped. I remember it well as I had confused Chuck with Chucky and wondered WTF the CAF was doing

She most definitely Tanked AFTER Chuck was finished, in the first 15 minutes of the battle, and when we were up 98%

I can see how a line(s) on a spreadsheet could express the same amount in CD and Gold. That could account for things. Could you tell me, then:

1. Did TemBC actually approve anything by executive order, as you and many including TemBC have been saying for days now, or was that just an invention.

2. If it was not an invention, and there actually was an oral executive order, who made the mistake in the first place: who advised him that such an order was required, who did the math originally.

3. This "I looked at the math again" sounds familiar, since I recently read that lukepeters "found" a 200 gold leakage that was subsequently explained. Are these the same things or is there another 200 gold accounting error. If they are the same, would it demonstrate greater good faith and honesty to acknowledge his role.

4 If there is a different 200 gold hole, what was it?

5 Did the CAF provide, to an individual, more than 4% of its budget. If so, how are you demonstrating "CAF's innocence" as stated in the headline? The "we can anything we want if we get more than the initial budget" seems pretty weak to me.

6. Do you agree that "errors" do not constitute "corruption"? And that there is something to be said for both sides, 'cause reasonable and honest men can disagree?

On day 1133, Coda receved 2070 CAD and 60g plus another 200 CADaccording to this document. I don't know how do you reduced it to 360 CAD.
So actually, she have received 8638.36 CAD. Don't try to change the number without justification.

And why do you subtract 110g from the supplie that Coda have received? It's doesn't make sense. Actually just add the 150g that you have received in the CAF budget for the month. That being done. It is 80 000 CAD + 150*34 = 85100
4%*85100= 3404 CAD. She has still received about 5000 more than the Cap limit.

Again, you just try to hide the fact that you have exceed the limit. Don't try to fool people with playing with the numbers. Everyone know that the CAF try to hide that they have give more than allowed to Coda.
1) The HC try to raise the Cap to 10% in CDC without success
2) The HC vigorously and even aggressively reject all requests to make the document public again in CDC.
3) The HC try to say that there was an Executive Order when Congress has never been informed of that,
4) And now you try to play with the numbers.

What will be your next attempt? Add the SPP donation to the budget?

No, I did not keep track of the gold I donated to the Canadian War fund, in order to save Canada from the French and UK. Damian Wolf donated 200 gold. the DAL donated 150. Others donated some. I gave well over 400 gold to several tanks in the nfld RW, Ontario battle, and Quebec liberation, as well as my own personal tanking. I did not keep track of these numbers, as I never expected compensation or remuneration from the government (neither did Damian or the DAL).

I'd like to state for the record that anyone who criticizes Coda or the CAF supply personnel for supposed "misappropriation of funds" during the period of Dec 5th-Jan 5th should recognize that I was at the helm. I controlled the bank accounts, and authorized every and all tanking payments. If any of you wish to question my strategic decisions with regards to tanking, fine. I'll take on all comers.

Coda tanked where she was directed to tank, at the request and timing of the President of Canada, TemujinBC.

Even thought we reduced what Coda had received of 2070 CAD, she still have received more than 3000 CAD over the Cap's limit...

Again, it doesn't make sense to subtract the 110g that Coda have received for tanking because supposedly it come from a DAL donation. Otherwise, the way you count it, it's like if the DAL has donate 110g directly to Coda instead to the Canadian Civil Defence.

You have add the 150g to the CAF's budget for the month, that being done, she have received more than 3000 CAD after she have exceeded the Cap.

You are just playing with the number and try to said that I did I mistake, which if had have, doesn't affect the fact that the cap has been exceeded.

Donations do not enter budgeted amounts.

Now please either stop complaining or at least stop complaining about things that you don't need to complain about.
