Demand for Labor is now Nonexistant
Elisa Vorimberg
I remember when the average 0-skill citizen could get a 4.5DEM job. Now with around 200 (by my count) people storming into Germany to fight in the war, a 0-skill citizen might be able to get 1DEM, minimum wage. And in order to get 4.5DEM, you have to have about 2 or 3-skill.
As of this writing, my company is the only one offering jobs to 0-skill workers. And I am only doing it as a charity to Germany. I would not ordinarily hire 0-skill workers, much less hire them when I am already at peak productivity.
The market prices for all goods remain the same.
This can't continue. Unless we suspect future wars, we should order all (edit: sorry, I meant only the ones that came to fight in the resistance wars) foreigners out of the country to free up jobs for German workers.
I discovered this after making this article: http://www.erepublik.com/en/forum/topic/91767/unemployment-in-germany/1

Great Article!
Way to go! Thats the entrepreneurial spirit I'm talking of. More of this. I'm excited to see if politicians will pick up on the topic.
For a better eGermany!
Great Article. I will definitely include this in my next wrap up!
Although kicking out foreigners may be a bit harsh, I do agree with your stance on a needed job boost. For my full view, I replied to the forum post.
I agree that kicking out foreigners is harsh, and an especially bad idea given the war effort. But I'm trying to think of a way to solve the problem. I know it was caused by foreigners taking jobs in Germany, which is why I suggested kicking them out as a solution. Perhaps a few state owned companies or something would help.
I'm open to suggestions, and as a member of congress I can get the government to consider them.
Government funded work program maybe? The program does not have to be permanent just fill the gaps in the market when they arrive.
Bundeswehr potential
Iron Industry to provide iron direct for weapons production.
Additional Bundeswehr weapons production jobs too.
Defence Construction company?
When I moved here from eOz there were no jobs for my Land skill so I had to start from scratch with manufacturing till one was available.
If the war against PEACE does not pickup I will leave.
They're already gone.
Also, the labor market was overheated before the war. Much needed correction, IMO.
I don't think that's correct Chicco. I hadn't seen any problems in the labor market before the war. And there are plenty still here.
The Chancellor urges all companies, especially the ones that do not work at maximum productivity yet, to offer jobs for low skilled labour.
This is very much in your interest, since it will increase your productivity and thus your profit!
