Dominating the World Stage: How do we define Power?

As I have previously written, my love of this great nation holds no bounds. The country of my birth, the land of freedom, and the bed-rock of democracy. We are a nation of many voices, but a single heart. Through our intellectual diversity, a powerful voice of consensus is created that further elevates our ideals. This ideal provides us with the capacity to collectively act altruistically, despite the intrinsic corruptible nature of power. Although individuals may act contrary to our collective ideal, as a nation, our goodness knows no bounds.

My previous discourse on domination reflects the difference between having power and using power. I see the international stage as containing three main spheres: economic, diplomatic, and military. In order to be the sole dominating force on the international stage, we must dominate these three spheres. The question then arises, what does it mean to dominate a sphere and to dominate the international stage?

I see domination as the unequivocal recognition of power within a given sphere. This recognition is NOT dependent upon action, but it is an acceptance of a nation’s power. When the world collectively accepts the eUS as the sole dominating power in a given sphere, we have dominated that sphere. In other words, for our Army to dominate the military sphere of power, the world must collective recognize its power and fear its use. It does not require conquering the eWorld for such recognition to occur.

How we USE such domination and power defines us as a nation, and as individuals. I believe that, as a people, our ethos will direct the use of power for the collective good and will define the World Order. Although tyranny often finds root in dominating power, I intrinsically believe the core ideals of our great nation will protect us from our own fallibility.
