This article will be used as an official bidding point for business owners interested in obtaining a defense contract with the Czech Ministry of Defense. Responses should contain: product to be provided (moving tickets, weapons, gifts); quality (1-5); price (in GLD, CZK, or preferred currency); and anything else you find appropriate. Bids can be changed at any time and the Czech government will consider more than just price alone. Bidding closes officially on the 15th of February, 2009. Thank you once again for you interest in supplying the Czech military.

I did but there were access problems. Honestly, bidding doesn't seem to be working to well. Contracts may just be ironed out with preferred companies.

Upgrading gifts really isn't worth it because there is no cap as to how many gifts you can give. I would advise against it.
