Dear New Congress

First off, everyone note the RW in Mpumalanga. This RW is by contract, and we will be seeing the region returned today. For all those moving to fight, Soldiers you have your orders, civilians can work before leaving, stay overnight in Gauteng for the hospital, fight in the RW tomorrow (North West is to be RWed back tomorrow, per the Contract, Brazil will start this RW), then come back after fighting to work and keep your hard worker.

Anyways-

Congrats to all Congressmen in their wins.

It is asked that the 5 gold from the Medal is donated to the Reserve Bank of South Africa to help fund things like the RW in Mpumalanga that just started per our contract with Brazil.

We have a process for discussing all bill proposals that Congressmen want to pass. We ask that if you want you bill to pass, that you talk about it on the forums first. Sometimes there is a reason we have taxes a certain way or something, so please, propose your bill on the forums first, then we can talk about it. Thanks Congress. I'll be publishing a list of those that donated their 5 gold medals in about two days. We had all but one slightly bitter Congressman donate their medal last month, let's see if we can't get all 100% this month.
