Day 32- Feeding Hands, Winds Of Change (UPDATED TWICE)

Day 661, 19:37 Published in USA USA by Tornertem

we are once again on the defensive against both Russia and Colombia. Sounds slightly familiar. Now, the odd part is that Congress is voting to impeach Emerick. After all the pro-Emerick comments I got on voting day, there's 18 votes vs. 1 against him. They're out for blood, and I can't help but wonder if it's about yesterday. Unless he finally pissed someone off with his paper. Yes indeed, Cathode Side Chats lives up to its quirky name by babbling like a stoned schizophrenic. At least it notices the rest of world. I suppose that's a start.

On the bright side, as Emerick pointed out, we have most of our regions back. I mean, yes, we're missing 12 states, but it's still a hell of a lot more than we had. As much as I dislike him, Emerick got us that. So what'd he do? Even I'm confused...

If my delightfully witty reader buddies could clue me in, that'd be great. Perhaps I'll even ask the opinion of Daphne Lilac and put that up in tomorrow's edition.

PART 2

Well, I finally caught wind that Emerick is in fact walking away. It's almost MORE shocking to me then the idea that he would be getting kicked out. It begs the question of what actually happened to cause this change of the guard. Did he simply get bored with the job? Or did he give up? Now I'm simply more curious...

Part 3

~sigh~
People don't seem to understand that I'm not always sitting here to try and tell you all what's going on. I point the right direction, then run and play Team Fortress 2 and Left 4 Dead with my girlfriend.

I appreciate it being pointed out that apparently Emerick left because of issues going on in his life. That explains a few things, and I can relate to it because the real world prevents me from sitting here all day and hunting down every every spare scrap of information. I nose about on the surface and give my own aggravated, quirky opinions on what I see. And I saw Emerick being removed. shortly after I spotted an article mentioning his resignation and Gaius stepping up. But I didn't know that his life was so hectic he'd leave. Wasn't aware.

So if you dislike it, go get laid.
