Day 2: Just Making it Harder (Day 1,667)

(That's what she said)

Hello!
My name is GameChanger, if, for some scandalous reason, you do not already know of my presence.

Topic of the Day #1: I am annoyed
I like the new military module, don't get me wrong, but it makes my job soo much harder. (and by harder, it means I have to click the "open panel" button to see how the other divisions are doing.) This makes it much harder to follow battles and do predictions, because I have to take into account the age of the players on both sides, and the points each division scores. What, does Plato actually want me to do MATH?

Me doing math

Topic of the day #2: Crushing Croatia, and Italy's Gamble
Now that China has been dealt with, Serbia quickly set to work wiping the Croats again, which should not have been a big deal. However, a wrench was thrown in the works when Itlay attacked Campania, opening a second front. I looked at the battles, and it looks like the Serbs are focusing on the Croats, and will focus on the Italians later. All in all, I think this only serves to delay the impending invasion of the Western Hemisphere.

Topic of the Day #3: Pluses and Minuses of TEDEN and ONE
I think the underlying issue here is that many TEDEN countries are too far away to make a difference in campaigns, except for MPP damage. If China and Argentina could easily access Europe, they could beat ONE, but TEDEN countries are scattered physically around the world. This leads to internal conflict between TEDEN countries because at any time, an area has to be neglected to focus on other areas. ONE, on the other hand, has all of their major powers in Europe. This can have advantages and disadvantages. The disadvantage is that many resources, like Saltpeter, Oil, and Rubber, are scarce in Europe. So TEDEN countries tend to make more stuff. The consolidated power has benefits however. If one or two ONE countries start doing well, it benefits the whole alliance, because the gains usually take pressure off of other ONE countries. This is different than successes in TEDEN.
"you wiped Chile again, Argentina! That really helps out Romania and Croatia there!"
or "China is beating up on N. Korea!" "yay" (not really)

These battles generally do not help TEDEN as a whole, and drain damage from more important battles
This is why I think Argentina's EPIC Babyboom will not make a huge difference for TEDEN, because noobies tend to fight for their own wars.

To lighten things up, I will post a Rage Comic or De-motivational here!
