Daily Thai Report: Day 917

Day 917, 11:31 Published in Thailand Thailand by Nitrous Oxide

Before I get shot for being late (and missing yesterday, sorry, it was a holiday here...), here's my daily report. It's meant to be short and simple to give a quick summary of the world while staying somewhat relevant to Thailand.

Relevant.

The World

Just before 18:45 yesterday, the Americans launched an assault on the Serbian-occupied region of Liaoning, an original Chinese territory with High Iron. This is expected to be a massive showdown between both super alliances.

Resistance Wars erupted for both sides: Serbian-held Balochistan and American-held Andhra Pradesh, Tibet, and Shandong.

India declared war on Pakistan in what was supposed to be a training war, but turned into an all-out assault on the Dioist nation. Attacks were launched simultaneously on North-West Frontier Province and the capital Punjab. An attack on Sindh came roughly seven hours later, after it was conquered by the Resistance against Serbia.

In attempts to draw damage from Liaoning and to keep Phoenix under a block, Romanian attacked Vojvodina, Serbia, and Croatia attacked Southern Transdanubia, Hungary.

That's about it for today, other than a few land-swaps (intentional or not) via Resistance War between China and the Philippines and one in Slovenia.

Thailand

No active battles makes today fairly dull... that is if it weren't the Congress elections. President Gates Schellinger has published an article with the list of official Thai candidates (those who do not plan to ravage Thailand and steal the national treasury or retreat our regions to Indonesia).

It is recommended you vote for any of these candidates, and if possible, come on our IRC channel (#eThai on Rizon; alternatively, click here to use Mibbit webchat) for further voting instructions. Voting smart helps Thailand remain a free country, open to all players from all nationalities. Voting for an Indonesian candidate means voting for Southern Thailand to become a permanent part of Indonesia, just keep that in mind.

Not a region of Indonesia!
