Great idea to make our congress´ activty more trasparent.

Not sure how worthy is to make separate threads since the main congress one isn´t that active, but it´s something we can try. I have no problem opening 3 or 4 instead of 1.

Also, I thought I had answered about immigration board, but it seems I forgot. So, basically, while I agree it could be great to run background checks about those who request cs, the fact that any congress member can ignore it without consequences makes it flawed from the start.

my point was that in threads new messages are visible first. so this makes derailing a topic easy. instead of answering or commenting on the topic you introduce a new topic and whoever reads it will respond to your topic and not the topic discussed. . if you split threads their true intentions will be shown. wasting our time and destroying the effectiveness of congress. my guess would be citizen request will then almost have 0 messages and whs perhaps seth would use ad hominem attacks to keep flipping the page so to say. in short i cant really see what congress accomplished this month. almost no discussion on any topic except martin rauch who where already let in then . truly besides the few proposals we voted on no discussion had any outcome or clear majority voted decision.

compiling this article even showed this more clearly often a player would respond 20 comments after a topic and the introduction of a new topic by either seth or whs. i struggled to get these discussions so neat it was mostly a messy discussion.

well this is an old joke as i said its punchline something akin to the old telephone game we played as kids. it was not written by me i heard it from someone else. if you read my article you would see that i several times made proposals in the congress thread. and answered 1 question about game mechanics. although you were again being critical i did take the cork issue and resolved it by chatting with the bulgarian cp. it was originally raised by aimesan but my response was in response to your comment about the issue. i brought most things to congress to decide on to increase activity. i did make 1 proposal to resolve what it seems was a major concern of congress. as cp i push a few buttons talk to about 5 or 6 cps from other countries. and play my normal game. in my opinion i think i did a great job as cp. you have the right to disagree . but so be it .
