Czech National Armory and Other Army news

Hello to all eCzech Soldiers and Citizens!
Yesterday president DaLe approved founds for first Army weapon company, it will stockpile the weapons that will be used in actions.
Soldiers will work in it for 3 days, for minimum wage, if they don't. they will get no weapons from the Armory. The goal is to supply every soldier with 5 Q1 weapons in every organized action. All 3 branches will have their own schedule of work, and will produce weapons for their unit.
This goes for the soldiers with manufacturing skill, the ones with the land skill will work in the Iron company to secure the needed raw material, and the construction skill soldiers will be spared for now (but we will find some job for them too

For every skill there are 5 job offers, everyone can apply, and after 3 days you can resign, you will be added to the list of the soldiers that made weapons and you are "free to go". If you see that there are already 10 workers in the company, please wait until a spot is empty because of the productivity.
Other news
The Training Camp is making a good progress, Commander Vit Ruzicka made a fighting tutorial in Czech. His assistant Wabia transalted last MoD article to Czech.
Army is working just fine, Commander William Sussman is doing a great job with the organization and taking care of the transfers from the Training Camp to Army.
I am also glad that the Elite Unit is doing fine too, the respond to activity check of all elite soldiers was in record time...and the unit is getting stronger every day.
I also appointed one new Officer, Army spokesman in Czech language, Arnie, he already did a great job with the translation of military related wiki articles. They will be up by tomorrow probably too.
As you can see, The Team is working great, and the Armed Forces passed their first tests with A+, and i must say, i am very happy to see that people of all RL nationalities are working together to make the eCzech Republic safe place!

weapons will be delivered to soldiers who worked in the armory only in organised actions? and i guess as the Q of the armory grows the Q of the weapons given to soldiers will be equal?

yes, the only purpose of the armory will be to stockpile the weapons for soldiers, no matter what Q...and i hope we will get it to at least q3 one day 🙂
ps, you can work right now if you want,those 3 days will be added to your statistics and you don't have to work later... 🙂

epa ok druze, imam jos samo nekoliko dana da odradim tu gde je sam i da uzmem moju prvu hard worker medalju haha, kad zavrsim u hrvatsku vracam se nazad i obavezno odradujem moji tri dana u drzavnoj oruzari hahah 😁) dobro je to da se vodi statistika tko je koliko dana odradio... jos nesto, dobro da je ovakva kompanija osnovana (mada treba vise drzavnih kompanija), ovo je praktika odavno u drugih drzava. pozz iz makedonije druze ministar 🙂

i think instead of being given weapons, the EU should be subsidized for higher Q weapons. Just the equivalent price of 5 Q1's.
No more job offers to work for the National Armory? I'm unemployed and ready to make Czech guns!

It will depend on the situation and the amount of organized actions for the Army and/or E-U. E-U members certainly will have access to cheaper high Q weapons in the long run, but right now subsidizing elite soldiers with country funds would be expensive (5 Gold for 10 soldiers per day, which is about equal to the amount of taxes for one day).

The job offers got temporarily removed. We need to make sure there will be enough soldiers to work for the company, or we will need to hire some new Citizens for the company, so that we won't be losing a lot of productivity if there would be only 3 - 5 people working in the company for several days.
our EU is very strong now, we have just enough soldiers, i've seen countries way bigger with 2 or 3 times weaker elite units...i understand many of you are trying to get to FM rank, but the army can't do much on that field for now, like DaLe said, it will take some time...
We could organize a donation action, every soldiers donates 1 gold or more if he can, to get the company to higher Q...one gold is not that much, but this is just an idea...
