I got to know him on IRC first of all when he came on drunk and had some rants about something or other going on. But the best part was the next morning after he sobered up and came to apologise on the said IRC channel for his behaviour.

With time and working with him in eNew Zealand I got to know and trust him as a great a player and friend.

Why do I think he'ed make a good cp?

Because he has the experience, knowledge and balls to do what needs to be done regardless of what others think of it.

Let me tell you a story about his time as cp a while back but you'll get my point.

It was a time when we were in a fairly peaceful period of our nation and he got a request from our friends Chile. The request was to help them with Argentina who was giving them a hard time. So being the good seasoned eKiwi he was he didn't hesitate and we climbed into Argentina and succeeded in taking a region. Now note we were maybe double the population we are now and Arg was 20 times our size so that was quite a feat in itself. Imagine our total surprise when Argentina promptly rw'ed that region back to Chile so we wouldn't attack them anymore. Took us totally by surprise I can tell you. But it shows what can be done if you have good leader and willing people to follow through.

Our nation of today needs a leader who not only knows what hes doing but also is not afraid to do things just because it might cause us an inconvenience for a while. Crusadercarl in my opinion is that leader who will set us on the path to get us out of the problem we're in now if not accomplish it during his term. He has the knowledge and experience to do it.
