CP Uruguay: Situacion con South Africa!! [span/eng version]

Les escribo de manera concisa para hacerles unas aclaraciones al respecto de la actual campania contra Sudafrica dada la publicacion del reciente articulo por parte del CP de South Africa.
1- Sudafrica lanzo un NE SIN PREVIO AVISO, que fue votado en menos de una hora por todo su congreso 35 a 0. Despues de lanzado dicho NE, el MoFA en la persona de Master Darth Vader recibe un MP diciendo que lanzaban el NE para hacer un War Game, pero que no se podian hacer responzables por la perdida de la region Charrua.
2- Nos vimos sorprendidos por las dos actitutdes: el NE SIN AVISO y rechazando la responsabilidad por la perdida de Charrua. A lo cual nosotros nos empezamos a preguntar, es esto verdaderamente un War Game???
3- Visto el riesgo que se corria debido a lasituacion regional entre Argentina y Chile y los actores que estos involucran, el Ministero de Deefensa Nacional en la persona de Matafuego, saca articulo EN DOS OPORTUNIDADES explicando la posicion oficial de Uruguay: EL RECHAZO A LA PERDIDA DE LA REGION CHARRUA.
4- Al mismo tiempo, el CP de Sudafrica que parece que solo sabe comunicarse a traves de la prensa, publica este articulo en donde claramente dice que DEBEN PERDER WESTERN CAPE para mudar su capital y conectarla con sus bonus.Ademas de agradecer a sus ciudadanos y aliados.
Las acciones de South Africa han sido totalmente erraticas, nulas en cuanto a comunicaciones, solo la hemos visto oficialmente a traves de articulos en la prensa por parte de su CP y visto su ultimo articulo estan llamando a la GUERRA CONTRA URUGUAY y NO PERDER WESTERN CAPE!!!
NO SEREMOS DOMINADOS NUNCA!!
Uruguay no se va a dejar amedrentar por las acciones de nadie, ningun pais o presidente de estado. Por lo que llamo a todos los uruguayos, amigos y aliados a pelear por Uruguay!!!

Im writing toy concisely to make some highlights in regards of the actual situation with South Africa since the publication of this article wrote by the south african CP.
1- South Africa launched a NE WITHOUT PREVIOUS NOTICE. that was voted by their congress in less than an hour 35 to nothing. After they launched the NE, the MoFA in the person of the player Master Darth Vader receives a PM saying that they were launching the NE to have a War Game, but they couldn't be held responsible for us loosing our region.
2- We were surprised for both of the actions: the NE WITHOUT WARNING and the rejection of being hold responsible if we loos our region Charrua. So, we start wondering, is this truly a War Game????
3- Since we were aware of the risks involved due to the regional situation between Chile (with COT/TWO support) and Argentina and the actors involved in itm the Ministery of Defense, in the person of the player Matafuego, puts an article out explaining the uruguayan official position: THE REJECTION TO THE LOST OF CHARRUA REGION.
4- At the same time, the southafrican CP, which seems only be able to communicate through the press, publishes this article in which he clearly states that THEY HAVE TO LOOSE WESTERN CAPE so they can moove their apital in order to be connected with their bouses. Besides he gives thanks to southafrican citizens and friends.
The actions of South Africa had been completely erratic, non existent in terms of communication, we have only seen officially through articles in the press on behalf of their CP. Furthermore, in their last article they're calling for WAR AGAINST URUGUAY AND TO NOT LOOSE WESTERN CAPE!!!
WE WILL NEVER BE DOMINATED!!
Uruguay its not going to let anybody to to bully us and to call for aggression, neither a CP nor a country. This is why I call to all urguauayans, allies and friends to fight for Uruguay!!!

Lamentable la actitud del GOBIERNO de eSA, sin contestar a todos nuestros intentos de evitar que la situación que su CP provocó y que ahora aumenta en hostilidad.
Una lástima.
Yo creo (dada la situación) que hay que bajar la pelota al piso. Propongamos un trato con SA. Ganamos nos lo dejan hasta el congreso (para tener dos regiones) y se lo devolvemos. Así ganamos todos ellos no pierden nada de congreso (tienen 4 regiones) y pueden mudar la capital, por otro lado nosotros podemos obtener más congresistas
Propongo que se hable con nuestro MoFa y que él hable con el presidente de SA.

La verdad es que se entiende muy poco lo que quieren hacer los Sudafricanos, pero estamos con ustedes Yoruguas sea la decisión que tomen.

Me parece que hay que quedarse con la región. Los locos nos atacan sin aviso y "no se hacen responsables si ganan charrúa" (otra manera de decir que si nos ganaban charrúa que nos vayamos a llorar al cuartito).
Si devolvemos Western Cape somos los más giles de eMundo.
Así que los juegos de guerra se hacen. Uruguay dijo que no quiere perder Charrua cualquier otra forma actuar de guerra!. Perdimos Cabo Occidental para que podamos seguir nuestra Capital. Vamos a ver si Uruguay son fieles a sus palabras y en ayudar RW WC. Este será el factor decisivo en cuanto al futuro de la ESA / Uruguay relaciones.

Right so the war happened I certainly didn't tank to win for eSa and I didn't see anyone really going crazy either a real life South African or Brazilian for that matter. Can we now move forward from a place of trust. If eSa wanted to wipe Uruguay they would have tried a lot harder for MPPS and given supplies etc to fight none of which happened.
I took the time to try get communication open from eSa to Uruguay and Leochao as well as Jmanya and others were there. I am sorry things got out of hand anyway. I would hope that we can get past this issue and stay friends in the future. Before we break into insulting each other any more than has already happened over one small incident lets remember the long history we have as friends. If these battles do continue lets have some fun and not resort to this petty stuff.
I look forward to hopefully a less stressful more fun WG in the future.

A veces, donde no llega la pluma de la diplomacia puede acceder la fina y afilada punta de una espada.
Algunas de las autoridades actuales de la nación amiga SA SE manejaron en forma muy poco apropiada e irrespetuosa en este proceso y como es sabido el respeto debe ser la base para una relación justa.
Por ello se optó por hacerles tomar un curso acelerado de respeto, basado en el único idioma que parecen entender, el de la supremacía militar.
Es una pena que para ello debamos enfrentar A Amigos de siempre, pero está claro Que este problema se basa en la actual conducción del Gobierno Sudafricano y para nada afecta a la relación con el pueblo hermano, al que nos unen lazos históricos, que nosotros si honramos a ultranza y por ende no cambiamos de Alianzas y aliados como quien cambia de camisa según la moda:

Podemos mantener la amistad, y la guerra... Me parece que a ambos paises nos sirve mantenernos en guerra para crecer, ya que no tenemos fuerzas tan dispares. Y está bueno tener un rival con quien medirse. O sea, para mi que lo mejor es mantener indefinidamente el WG pero sin puteadas.
Pusimos como condición no perder charrua y así fue, ganando por 40 puntos de ventaja. Ellos querían perder western cape para mover su capital y lograr tener sus bonus y así se dio. Ya ganamos todos con este WG, ahora es el momento de devolver la región como corresponde.
Si queremos seguir siendo países amigos esto es obvio, incluso tal vez podamos comenzar un nuevo WG como dice Hersoy88. Pero en caso de querer una guerra de verdad sigue siendo lo correcto devolverles su territorio, y luego sin confusiones ni tantas idas y vueltas tirar un nuevo NE y hacer las cosas de frente, no comenzar la guerra cuando ya tenemos ocupado el territorio.
