CP Update - Training War

Hi folks,
Just a quick update here, it was going to be a big one, because there is a lot of things that I need want to talk about. Sadly it’s just gone past 5am and I need my beauty sleep, so I can only afford to keep it short.
Training War
We’re going to be trying something different today in eIreland. We’re going to run a training war using the region Connecticut. This could prove to not only be a cheap source of war, but actually a profitable war too. This is just a test, but I would ask that when the battle opens that everyone fights on their last log in and also that they fight for the occupiers(that’s Ireland). Some of our soldiers will indeed be fighting for the other side, but keep in mind that this is just a training exercise.
Fight within your means, Only fight the amount that you can afford to heal back up.
Security
As I’m sure some of ye have noticed that the Ministry of Technology org has been taken from the state. This was an org which the password was not working since my administration came into office and was not a security lapse on this governments account.
However also today the Banc Ceannais org was not working. There was a total of around 8gold and a few hundred iep in the org this morning and since the intrusion that is no longer in the org.
Even though the password + email recovery had been changed on this org, there has been a theft, albeit not grand, but still a theft.
Either one of two things is happening in eIreland right now, either there is a traitor and a thief in the cabinet or one of our players computer’s security has been compromised. We are following this up and if it’s possible for there to be a conclusion, then there will be a conclusion!
This is the main reason why I’m still up, I see this kind of problem within any organisation as a priority and am deeply disappointed that it has occurred during this term. We can only be thankful that the bulk of the Irish taxpayers money was moved to a new location and has not been taken.
Tomorrow hopefully I'll have the opportunity to talk about, Eden, the IDF, Health and many other things including game changes and what we're doing to facilitate for them.
P.S. All ministers, I'm having a bit of a problem with the calendar at the moment. This will probably only be temporary

People with sensitive info needs to scan their computers, as said.
May I recommen😛
Malwarebytes is a good free scanner for malware that caches a lot.
If you are using a cheap antivirus, or a free one. Disable it and install Nod32 trial version and scan your computers with that.
Don't leave 2 antivirus scanners on your system though, since that will eat your system resources...
Might be self evident stuff, but it is a good start at least.

Nogin I must say when I first got to know you I admired your comments and the level of intellectual honesty they contained. I'm sad to say that seems to be slipping rapidly.
Anyway, like the first line in the previous MoT article read, "The weakest part in any security system anywhere is the people" - three or four thefts in as many weeks is certainly coming from a problem with the people who have access.
I don't see it as a reason for people to snipe at each other like that. to use it as a political opportunity would look very small-minded, imho.

Connell inherited this quagmire (as did Nogin) soon hopefully we"ll get to the bottom of this fraud and catch our culprit.
