Country First, Party Second?
Amalgamated Austria Inc
The speakers come to life in a burst of static. The voice of Von Doom, charismatic and eloquent, breaks the white noise:
"It has come to the attention of some members of the eAustrian government that consolidation of political parties may be in the best interests of the nation longterm in the face of growing external threats to our stability.
Thus, the question becomes, do we sacrifice our ideals in order to maintain the overall integrity of our nation? Do we lay down our principles of multi-party representation in order to secure our borders?
These are the questions that Austria First and indeed all eAustrians face today. As we finish the internal Party elections we have to look beyond ourselves and see our comrades across the aisle. We have to come to the difficult solutions to ongoing and future problems.
I, for one, am willing to lay aside my personal pride in order to see a safe and secure eAustria, for today and all the tomorrows to come. It is my hope that my comrades within Austria First will also come to this realization. A house divided can not stand, if eAustria is to remain an independent entity in The New World then we must all work together towards the common goal.
Thank you and good night."
An announcer comes on after a brief moment of silence.
"The views expressed in the preceding statement do not necessarily reflect the views and opinions of Radio Free Austria, or its parent company, Amalgamated Austria Inc."
The speakers go to static, and then go silent.

nice article, voted 🙂
Well, I am as probably one of the few IRL Austrian want to see a multiparty system I do not like to be ruled by foreigners and see it as occupation of eAustria if Austrian first rules the country alone.
Where is the pluralism where is the competition between the parties and the ideas and more important where are the observer of the ruling party. Sorry if we want to maintain the country independent then we need to help smaller parties to become stronger.
I am sure that not all in Austrian First have the same opinion - would be if they would have... So why not take one of the inactive parties and start a new one with your new ideals? New Ideas, new ways and the CHANGE is what enhances a country. I can smell the dust of our political system at the moment. And I see it is time to change.
Stop the one way political system and join/create a second party now!!! Austria needs you and your commitment.
Für Österreich - Für unser Land - Für unsere Demokratie
guy, I\'m austrian.
so please, shut up and stop fooling us.
we know what you and your friends are trying to do here.
be carefull
austria survived all this time without you. we will continue to survive without a group of people that wants to take ove this country,.
Mappina, we have different political views, so we have a different party than you. This is a democratic system, not a political take over. And if you see we all have no countries, so how can it be a political take over? The rules say people can make parties, and the government cant stop that. We want our own party, and to live in peace, and you accuse us of attempting a power coup. Even *if* we won, it will be by democratic means.
At the end of this month, you will see we will have little to no people. There is nothing to fear from us.
Wow mappina I was just talking about pluralism and you react like a dictator that don\'t want to loose power. I do not want to take over something I just mentioned that I am sad about a one party system in a so called Democracy. It is my right to say that here.
And your reaction, which is not very polite, shows me how you are trying to solve problems here in eAustria. I would really like to go on discussing in a forum or via pm before you lost the last attitude by blaming me for things just when I asked for more pluralism.
By the way the name of the game is eRepublik and not eDictator.
Austria was really in need of a bunch of trolls here
Mr. Austria Coop, \'til now u have not still demonstrated anything.
If Austria is still a country, this is thanks to Mappina
By the way the name of the game is eRepublik and not eDictator you don\'t know how far you are from the truth sebl.
where were all of you till now?
vaclav in czech rep, you in the former germany.\'m here since the beginning, since when eAustria was eSlovenia. A lot of players here live in Austria.
you say that you are here to live here sebl? so why you are still in Sweden?
come here, do not send only your SO to talk for you.
the only way you can take eAustria from the eAustrian citizens that are here since the beginning is through a take over. this will not happen.
if you are here to live in peace, you do not need all this austrian propaganda (btw vaclav, you are less austrian than me, so this propaganda is ridicolous). but instead you do it.
and you say you are not here for a take over. LOL
I
another bunch of troll for a take over? old.
von doom, we really appreciate your move.
let\'s go to the congress to build something instead that feed these trolls.
we are eAustria, and all the citizens that come here to integrate are welcome.
you vaclav, have an old tradition of trolling. we don\'t need you.
I am Mayor so I can\'t move at the moment 😉 - plz check before you tell me to move next time. I have been in Austria before the Slovenian arrived and moved into the Exile in Germany. I will come back with all eAustrians and all the other that would come to eAustria to make it what it is = the last German speaking country which is really important for me and ofc for Germans, too. We want no take over and I am sure if we come and work as I did and create parties and vote then this has nothing to do with a take over, right?
What is in your opinion a take over?
come here with a big group of people (as it seems) and take the power to transform this country in something else that maybe the present citizens do not want.
exactly what you want to do.
this is an international country, where german speaking and not german speaking live together, and want that it is like this.
if you do what you want to do you are arrogating to yourself the rights to transform this country in something that YOU like, without asking the eAustrians that are here since months fighting against slovenians to have the rights to stay here.
you ran away at that time. we didn\'t. who has more rights to decide what this country should be?
