Council of World Leaders

I Cpttom1, hereby announce the creation of the Council of World Leaders. This council will allow the world leaders easy access to speak with one another. The CWL will be fully optional to the Presidents of all the nations of Erepublik. If a president does not wish to be active in the CWL they may revoke their membership or apoint a representative to their country. The CWL wlil over time develop in game to be an organization with a newspaper to offer insight to the world on what is going on. The CWL is not an Alliance and does not police over the actions its member nations. The CWL's purpose it to make it easier for Leader to work out treaty's and other Alliances.
What the Council will offer to its Members.

* An IRC channel for quick and easy communication. #CWL on Rizon
* A forum, with each Member nation having its own sub forum.

The Flag of the CWL will be the White Flag of Truce, not Surrender but truce. For while on the CWL forums Leaders should act diplomaticly.
