CoS Office: This Week in Preview

Day 2,834, 22:41 Published in USA USA by Office of the Chief of Staff

Good evening, folks, from the Chief of Staff’s office!

This week’s issue is our third of the new CoS Office Series! Every weekend, we will collect the plans of each eUSA Cabinet Leader and publish them for the public to see! In this way, we hope to increase visibility between citizens and their government and to keep the Cabinet accountable to its citizens. This week in Preview:

State Department

Secretary Trekker has spent the majority of the last week stuck in bed, sick; so, he and his deputies are pretty much where they were last week. They are continuing to message allies and keeping dialogues open. He hopes to get his deputies some real foreign affairs experience since all but MaryamQ lack experience.

Department of Defense

Secretary Senryaku did not have much to say this week other than the fact that he forgot to request the Defense budget (again). He wants the public to know that his lack of updates is a positive, though. “Us having nothing to say is a boon more than it is a curse.”

NSC Director Racoongoon said that he and his deputies are still working to update all of the military units through the NSC thread, tweaking various things. He is learning to let his deputies work more so that things don’t blow up when he’s not around and micromanaging everything.

Department of Citizen Affairs

Secretaries MrCarey and Aramec did not have much to say this week. They assured me that the department is running smoothly! We can expect an AMP article out tomorrow for the series and another article Thursday to be announced!

Media Department

Secretary Derphoof has been busy with family obligations and has not turned in his weekly updates. (BeachBunny assures me that the gallows await his return.) He did come online long enough to say that eNPR has been moved to tomorrow at 10:00pm EST Tuesday night due to his family obligations. We can also expect WHPRs on Wednesday and Friday and a Pony Express article this weekend.

Department of Technology

Secretary Middletopia appears to be MIA at the moment. We have released the hounds. He will provide us an update, dang it!

Fortunately, Scott Coyle has provided a great number of much needed updates! These include updating the DoCA website and making this new newspaper’s graphics!

Department of Homeland Security

Secretary Jude Connors has agreed to take on the immense burden that is the Department of Homeland Security. I’m not sure that you can handle it, Jude! 😉 He assures us that we have nothing to fear with him on guard, however. He currently has the alert level at “green” and believes that it will remain as such next week. Keep an eye out for Ajay, though!

Have a good night and week, eUSA, and get active in your government!
