Contract Reform

First I would like to advocate that the game designers add a contract form. We don't want to overwhelm the eRepublik staff with the in-game responsibility of enforcing contracts, so they should put into place a new public office... we should have a contractor (governor) in each state who is to review, approve, and enforce contracts. Now now, we don't want these contractors to be gods so if they are to send forfeit points your way for breaking a contract then the admin, or another high level official must approve of the action. With this we must include a way to appeal the action past a, possibly, biased official.
