Conspirators

Day 3,903, 23:42 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Jack Jockson
Who's who in UK politics

Democrats
Democrats are party politicians who would like to run the country the old collective way, by installing their representatives into congress. A certain affair has put them out of power recently (an apartheid affair when their congress majority tried to silence the Pirate party minority by excluding them from debate was one of the reasons that led to the coup, although, as it will turn out later, behind all that old fags power grab there was also a political question of work tax and other questions)

Autocrats
Autocrats are revolutionary forces that support the dictator Alfagrem, currently in power. Their strength is not in numbers but in military power that, after the military coup, put them in charge. Since the coup, during which it was stated that the old elected king was imprisoned and the new bloke was crowned, some drastic changes were made in internal tax politics as well, and on the other hand, in foreign affairs the war with Latvia was avoided, which in not drastic at all.

The political module of the game has now brought up this two forms of government into dispute about which one is better for UK.

In the next article the readers of Jockson's newspaper will be able to read all about what conspirators are doing to overthrow Alfagrem (also known by his nick name UK's Finest or UKSF in short)

Conspirator's words

"I'm thinking of resigning from Congress in the name of democracy..."

"if the majority resigned from Congress would you surrender the dictatorship? I highly doubt that..."

"there's no reason we can't get prepared and up for speed for when democracy returns"

"no sense antagonising Alfagrem and having him pass the Dictatorship to someone even worse, but we do need to get our duck in line..."

"don't see the point of trying to keep the planning top secret for any revolution war. Alfagrem will be intelligent enough to work out the timing anyway..."

"timing is critical though as Alfagrem has said he won't make liberation easy and will launch a second coup..."

The future outcome

The future outcome of any anti revolutionary civil war will depend on who's side you take. Let me tell you one thing, soldier. The best military unit to join for the incoming two months is 7th Cavalry. Why? Because we got anti aircraft guns.

Thank you for reading and see you later.
