Congressmen - Vote NO on Grain Tax Change!

UPDATE:

The Admins screwed up the taxes in the first place during the switchover, which means that the "original" settings that the proposal is meant to go back to are in fact an error. VOTE NO on this proposal.

The taxes for ALL raw materials should be:

Income: 50%
Import: 1%

The grain taxes were changed before in complete disregard of the current tax structure. Thailand has NO HIGH REGIONS! There is no point to lowering grain taxes here because all it does is encourage the building of inefficient companies, none of which actually benefit the nation. Congressmen should vote YES on this new Grain Tax proposal in order to get us back on track.

if import goes to 20% iunstead of 1% we will kill any foreing investor before selling here and food companies will buy in black market receiving 0 THB our governement.

WHy Income tax is not at 50% to encpurage people not to work on this un efficient industry?

i think income tax of raw is too high.,
our citizens who work at that sector will be able to cant buy some food

No Thai citizen should work in a grain company. With V2 migration, everybody had the chance to migrate his skill to manufacturing or construction.
Raw material taxes should always be:
Income Tax: 50%
Import Tax: 1%

One more comment for all who are wondering that the old import tax was shown to be 20% here:

The 20% are not true. The tax has been 1% for a very long time. The 20% are an error or trick that the admins prepared for us in connection with the unlucky V2 migration. You can also see this error when you look at the value of the old VAT which is stated to be 1% there - but VAT on raw materials is always 0%!

I apologize for my error in proposing the switch-back. Congressmen should vote "No" on the proposal, and somebody should fix it later.
