Congressional Update 1
Nicholas Gray
Though it has taken some time to set up, Grayhound News is here, ready to tell the eSouth Africna people how their congressional votes are being used. Since the finish of the Congressional elections we have seen many new Laws come into effect.
We have also seen many of the congressional winners give up their posts quickly. The Proud Africans and the South African party each lost 1 congressman, while the Free Africans lost 2 and the Black Lions lost 7 congressmen! I must wonder what these people were running for congress for in the first place if they intended to resign their posts almost immediatly.
Summary of Laws passed thus far:
220 ARS donated to South African Reserve Bank, proposed by Gabriel Borien
Alliance with the United Kingdom, proposed by Jizzie McGuire
Import Tax on Moving tickets increased from 35% to 50%, proposed by Brendan E Austerion
Alliance with Spain, proposed by Jizzie McGuire
Summary of failed Laws thus far:
Minimum wage increase from 3 ZAR to 4 ZAR, proposed by iranianking
Issue 1000 ZAR for 5 gold, proposed by iranianking
So as you can see, South Africa is developing well in the international political field with another 3 mutual protection pacts still being voted for. I hope this newspaper helps the South African people understand what their congressional candidates are doing for them and will continue to help them throughout the future.
Thanks for reading this opening issue. Press Director/Congressman Nicholas Gray

Dude in case you haven't noticed there is a resistance war happening in KwaZulu-Natal.
I can't speak for the other parties, but ALL the BLF congressmen that have resigned have done so to go liberate eSA.
What is FA doing? Nothing. How typical.
NOT subscribed. NOT voted.
As a congressman you should definitely visit the national forum frequently http://z3.invisionfree.com/eSouth_Africa/index.php" target="_blank">http://z3.invisionfree.com/eSouth_Africa[..].php
Had you bothered to do so you would have known why we resigned our posts.
Looks like I need to write a Sext Times article, since some people have no idea that the country is involved in the fight of its life. I've gotten threatening pm's from Indos who seem to know more about out activites.
Ines hit the nail on the head. I think many Congressional leaders are leaders outside of the formal processes. So, they are off to lead other work of the Republic. I am staying in Congress to continue that work and preparing (behind the scenes) to join others in the fight.
Guys, this is his FIRST ARCTILE! Be kind, I can understand why he did this... He is focused on the jump from congress like I did on the first 2 days, not in the last 2 days!!!
Can you not see he focused on Iranianking? That Mother Fraker who jumped ship and screwed us on 2 bills? Give him a break, ok?
Sorry Zag. You're right. Still though, if you are going to publish an article, any good newspaper should get its facts straight, and what is happening now is a pretty big deal. We have been trying to keep a bit quiet (except on the eSA forum), so I can understand if the author is fairly new and hadn't visited the forum. No harm done I guess and the intent is good anyway.
Mr. President, with all due respect, you are wrong on this point.
Mr. Gray wrote, "I must wonder what these people were running for congress for in the first place if they intended to resign their posts almost immediatly."
Zag, I know media relations. PM me if you want details. That sentence from the press director means he fails. For defending this material, you fail too.
Con Dingo needs to get his facts straight as well.
"For defending this material, you fail too."
Lighten up, he can defend whatever he wants, and excessive use of the word "fail" is really getting on my nerves. If you'd like you can move to Indonesia where you'll find it in abundance as part of their annoying immature broken-english little culture.
Whatever, I'm not getting involved in this. (maybe too late)
All I have to say is, please be involved in the community both on the forums, previous media, SA history and current events before writing misinformed articles.
Is it me or are we all getting EXCITED over nothing? FAIL or NOT... My comment was directed at giving him a second chance and not to jump up and down on him.
I do not mind FAILING, means I can learn and better myself. If you only care to belittle or jump up and down on someone, then those comments are easily ignored.
Can we agree on the following: He needs to dig a little more and look for facts before printing. (Did anyone consider he is just a kid?)
uh yeah...we all left to give a good fight for South Africa...I didn't know I was going to be the one starting it until yesterday and intended to stay in congress...
So,because some BLF members(I can't speak for other parties) decided to swap the comfort of staying home and getting 1xp/vote and the first serious BLF representation in congress in a while to fight for an original South African region.
I apologize for doing the best I can to offer the eYouth a united eS.A,I'm truly sorry but somehow I get a feeling that if the wall was being fought in the underground KZN now,we wouldn't have this kind of talks.
tell me about it Siroe...
Gosh guys I didn't intend to start a fight here. I did not forget to check my facts about why the congressmen left, I was only raising the question as to why, if they intended to leave the country to fight in the war, did they run for congress in the first place. I am not lashing out at them, I am simply wondering why they used up valuable votes/congress positions. Not sure what you are talking about saying that I "failed", Mr Dingo.
Though if do all feel so strongly about this issue, I profusely apoligise for letting the masses know my opinion.
Oh, and thankyou Mr President and Zagarius.
