Congressional Liaison! I Liais

Hello Everybody, It I, Massacar

So our illustrious and hairball of a President has appointed me to the new office of Congress Liaison. Other than saying that i'm to be the new verbal punching bag/scapegoat I also got the impression from our dearest Wookie that I should also help with transparency. So here goes nothing!

Mongress at its finest

So far into the new presidential term we've had a few legislative things come up.

First we have the Pakistan MPP


I voted No to this. I was overall indifferent to the idea since it fit within our budget, but some excellent points were raised about how our damage may be better spent on an actual ally, such as Germany. The will of Mongress decided otherwise.

Secondly We have the ongoing NE vote, proposed in true rogue fashion by congressman HendyBoi. Aside from not accepting my friend request, I've had absolutely no interaction with this character of congress. I would account his lack of participation up to being new to congress, but also to the fact that I don't think anyone is in contact with him.

P.S. I voted yes, much for the same reason that Wook stated

Other than that, the discussion in congress has been of the highest caliber and I can assure you that your representatives are hard at work on your behalf.
