Hello
Today something about congressional elections system update.
I won't dwell on it, everybody has an opinion. For me, this modification has more disadvantages than advantages. I decided to make a short analysis of the results of congressional elections in recent months.
Party | Percentage of all votes | Congressmen
August 2012:
July 2012:
June 2012:
May 2012:
March 2012:
As you can see, not always the party that gained highest number of votes, winning the elections.
Now the most important is the percentage score of party and the order of candidates on the list which is set by Party President...

It's like the congressional system of Philippines except that the winning parties that get the minimum votes only get to have 1 representative in the congress.
This is not exactly how it works in the Philippines. It's just part of the Philippine congress that is like this, the party-list system.
On the new Congressional Elections Update,
The parties who don't distribute their votes strategically are the ones who will benefit from this. From the statistics, one of these is KMP.
