Congress(wo)men, please do not give citizenship out unless it is someone you know or you are asked to do so by the Minister of Immigration (Mister Geek) or other high-ranking official.

For the remainder of my term as CP, I will propose lulz laws of stopping trade with Uruguay and an blatantly dumb new citizen message. Please vote them down, they are for experience purposes only.

I will also take this oppurtunity to say that I am not running for President in September. I will not endorse any candidate, unless there is a compelling reason to do so. As we are in control over every party (except SNUP if siti happens to be a PTOer in DISGUISE!!!), there should be no need for a primary like last month. I wish any candidates the best of luck; they should be publishing their manifestos soon.
