Congress Manifesto

Hello I am Lon Kirk this is my manifesto:

South East of England, I stand here as one of our congress members from the Social Democratic Party (SDP). I will be standing again, you might ask why you should vote for me. Well I am very hard working player in eRepublik and I want to make the South East of England the best it can be.

I have a centre- left political idealism. I will do what is best for the eUK. I just want to help the eUK be the best it can be across everything.

My Personal policies:

Economy: I would do what I can to make the economic grow as whole as balanced as possible. Whilst benefiting everyone in eUK by having a welfare benefit scheme.

Foreign Affairs: To make sure we have the right alliances and peace treaties. But to have some wars going on each day. So people can get experience points and rank.

Defence Affairs: I am for the expansion of the eUK into regions that are high in raw materials as that would benefit our economy. I also want to leave the newly reformed army as it is.

Community: I want there to be major and fun newbie guide to the eUK, the eUK forums and the eUK irc. I would encourage players to join a political party or create their own and to join the newly reformed army.

But what I want the most for the eUK is that everyone here to be friends.

Answering questions

Answers for the questions posted by Kevy Kev Kev Junior shabado from my last manifesto article:

Q1) Any details on this "Welfare Benefit scheme"? If I was going to vote for you I'd like to know some details on that even if it's at a preliminary stage.

A1) I plan on working on government companies to provide better quality houses cheaper to be paid for by getting back some lower quality houses back. To work on doing a Sell back policy.

Q2)What are your opinions on the Phoenix alliance at the moment? Give some examples of Alliances/Peace Treaties you are looking to achieve?

A2) I think we should be stronger for the Phoenix alliance so that we have the moral high ground when we need to discuss things with them. I am a pragmatist so I use whatever good alliances and peace treaties can come our way without having to pay too high for them.

Q3) Which High Material regions would we try to take? We're near High Oil (Norway) and High Wood/Diamonds but these countries have strong MPPs that we could not win against. (p.s your former PP criticized us for getting High Oil. Just sayin')

A3) As I have already said I am pragmatist so we should work with our allies to work out which region of high raw material they are willing to fight for us for which we can get realistically with their help.

My Career at eRepublik so far I was started to play on 25.10.2009 - Day 705. I am a General in the eUK Army, Level 20, I have been an Lt in eUK eRoyal Navy, but I quit. This is the second time I have run. But I have been in the SDP as since it gained about 10 members. I am very active on IRC and the eUK forums. I have always tried to answer any questions I can.

Similar manifesto to last time, using my questions. It makes you look a lot better. Just don't promise anything that you yourself can't deliver!(eg reforms/regions which are not in the hands of a single congressmen)
