I'll present you my congress manifesto in this article and I'll try (and I hope I'll succeed) to convince you to vote for me the 25th.



First, I think some of you don't know me so I'll introduce myself. I have been participating on the singaporean IRC for two months now, and I am a new citizen being naturalized a month ago. I was a French citizen during 8 months and I did everything possible for this country, si I looked for a new challenge in a new country . First, i went to Ukraine because i knew some players from this country, unfortunately i don't speak Ukrainian and i can't help a lot in Ukraine. So I looked for something to do, I asked to become the french ambassador in Singapore .In this job I found a lot of interesting and friendly people living in this little country so I decided to quit eFrance in order to become citizen of eSingapore and they granted me the nationality . I didn't choose eSingapore only for its nice people but also because it's a non aligned nation.
I'm really interested in geopolitical problem, foreign affairs and political life in this game. That's why I'm running for congress now with the Singapore Republican Party.

I'm very active on IRC, I read the forum everyday and participate in discussions when i have something interesting to say. I'm well informed about geopolitical of the eWorld.

eRepublik will change a lot in next months, we don't exactly know when V2 will arrive but we already can play the beta version, there is a lot of changes mostly in the military part of the game. I personally think that Singapore congress must, in collaboration with members of the home guards, begin to talk about the organisation of our army for the V2. There is a lot of interesting questions which might be answered before the V2 release. Armies in V2 will probably need to be organized in small group of soldiers with an officer in order to coordinate moves inside the group, the officer will need to coordinate his whole group with others groups. Do we need to organize group by skills? Do we need to organize group of mixed skills? These questions are example of what we must think if we want to be ready to enter in V2

The same could be done for the economic part too, but formulas in economy are very important and the actual formulas of beta version are not accessible and they will probably change (more information in the insider. I'm not a great economist but i'm sure there'll be somebody in Singaporean congress who might have an idea about this.
I think taxes don't need to be changed, Income tax is at a good rate, VTA is at the lowest as possible so people are encouraged to buy national products. Increasing income taxes would penalized people living in Singapore and reducing them would put national treasury in difficulty.
