Congress: Hmmm I wonder what this button does?

Welcome to the (newly) elected congress.

Specifically young players tend to test the law proposal buttons etc. I'd like to urge you not to merely go about proposing laws without following procedure.

Just a reminder. In eSouth Africa, congress functions on the basis of discussions in the National Assembly on the forums - thus, please join the forum (or at least start visiting it more often) if you are not a regular forum user. http://forums.erepubliksa.com/

Citizenship Requests
All citizenship requests are processed by the Department of Immigration.
I know it doesn't seem like it, but as a small country, we are under constant threat of possible political takeover - so as a congress member, only accept approved citizens - once again - this is indicated on the forum.

Proposals
All proposals are discussed on the forums prior to being proposed - the reason for this is to ensure that people understand the reasoning behind the way certain laws are, but also to bring order to law proposals. This also ensures that we don't waste our proposals.

A call to all citizens
Please bring your thoughts and ideas to the National Assembly on the forums (even if you're not in congress. Congress is there to serve the people, therefore, come on - make us work.
