Congress Election stuff
Target32
It's Friday night, I'll keep this short.
There seems to be a problem with the current congress election process in the eCanada/eWorld. When I see candidates with a single vote on their way to getting into congress over a candidate with 61 votes it makes me think that that this FPTP system isn't effective, just like in RL Canada.
Just my opinion.

It only makes sense. Just like in real life, a senator from Wyoming will get orders of magnitude fewer votes than a senator from California.
"Just my opinion."
Not based on anything, clearly.
Your newspaper's title is incredibly descriptive of its contents. Well done.
The article starts off with an inaccurate assumption: there is no 1 vote Congressman elected to Congress over one with 61 votes. We have a system of wildcards which help to correct this flaw. If elections ended now, as long as you have over 10 votes you will be elected.
While it stands this way now, I believe there won't be any 1 vote Congressmen this term. Call me psychic. 😉
33 votes in québec ...seem's weird to me
there are officially no candidates left with only 1 vote.
there are still many with only 2. twice as good as one but only half as good as 4. I'd really like to see a 4 vote minimum to make it into congress myself. but maybe thats asking too much.
I hope to see what gaius julius has talked about come to pass where 10 votes is the fewest anybody had.
Didn't say that. I just said that 10 votes is the minimum for a wildcard seat.
