Another elections has passed and the results are in!
Total number of votes: 251 [-48 votes (299) ]
Party - Seats - total votes [seats gained/lost / votes gained/lost]
I&W - 19 seats - 100 votes [ +5 seats (14) / -12 votes (112) ]
LSD - 7 seats - 65 votes [ -1 seat (😎
/ ~ votes (65) ]
LP - 6 seats - 35 votes [ ~ seats (6) / -11 votes (46) ]
GLD - 5 seats - 28 votes [ -2 seats (7) / -4 votes (32) ]
BP - 3 seats - 20 votes [ -2 seats (5) / -24 votes (44) ]
That makes the following coalitions possible:
I&W+any party/parties= 22+ seats
LSD+LP+GLD+BP=21 seats
This time, all the other parties need to form a 4 party government on order to rule out I&W.
Iron and Wine has lost some votes but gained 5 seats, clearly showing that they are much more efficient than last time. I&W almost captured enough seats to form a government on its own, something the UNL has never seen before. The Belgian Party now is the smallest party still in congress, but that is because of the Belgian issue.
Also, the LP has swapped place with GLD, taking the 3rd place in congress.

Votat. Nice elections, big win for I&W. LP beat GLD, but with 7 more votes than them we should've won another seat. O well, can't have it all 🙂

Fine article beside the error that never before a party got an absolute majority in congress.
I&W has a history in having a majority of 80% and more in seats. They have made the first constitution signed with only I&W members.
I&W can gain the same position as about two years ago. If it is in the interest of the nation, only future will tell.
Worrying is the fact that the total amount of voters is declining with about 20%. When I wrote something on the eUNL forum someone said that never before so much is been done on recruiting new citizens. Maybe next months the amounts of voting will go up.
Good luck in making a government that publish a lot in game.
