To those that do not know me, I am John Largo, the duly elected congressional representative from the great state of Georgia. I am proud to represent our loyal citizens, and I come bringing a stupendous announcement.
Citizens of Georgia, you have been given a gift.
After deliberation in the halls of congress, and close cooperation with our great President Oblige, I am please to announce that Georgia has been selected to receive a Q3 Defense System!!!!

Yes I know that a Q3 Defense System would not sustain an attack from a Bazooka armed infidel, but it's the thought that counts
Defense companies are no longer possible to buy, so Defense Systems are rare. We in Georgia are lucky to receive such an honor, and you are lucky to have me as a congressman lobbying for improvements to this great state. Additionally this is a good way to get money from the national coffers and in the hands of our hard fighting soldiers in the form of tanks.
Today is a great day for Georgia. Be proud.

Weren't Defense systems outdated after V2??
Waste of money. Lots of wasteful spending from the US treasury lately...
We buy defense systems because it allows us to spend more than the 100,000 a day. Arvel, spending is good, don't bring real life economics into this game because its not the same.

I'm aware of the limit on congressional spending. Doesn't mean we have to blow it simply because we have it. Having a reserve amount of $$$ never is a bad thing.

This is a way to get extra money out of the country account. We do the maximum donation every day to CBO. Everything that is still in the country account is money we can't use. These reserves in country account is useless seeing we can't use it. The government has enough reserves.

This isn't wasteful spending, this is actually saving more money.

@Arvel, THIS is what I'm talking about. You didn't even try to ask why they want to get the money out of the eUS govt account and get it into the OMS or other govt account. Why don't you ask questions BEFORE you assume everyone else is an idiot. (And yes that is what you are treating us like.) People will start to think you are just a turd and they will ignore you.
