Congrats to the new/old congressman of ISP!

Day 493, 20:46 Published in Japan Germany by King B

We had an astounding congressional election this week giving us 11 seats in our beloved nation. Through our great efforts and active participation within the party we have managed to tie with the NAP for seats, a party who outnumbers us 2 to 1. We currently stand at 56 great members who have nothing but the betterment of Japan in their minds and the love of Japan in their hearts. With such an outstanding election we have cemented our status as a major party of Japan who holds a good deal of power in Congress and the workings of the government. Through our activity, debate, and opinions the future of Japan will only be greater.

One of the greatest type of elections is coming up and as of now we do not have a candidate for the President of Japan. This leaves us in a position of whether or not to put up a candidate or support one of our liking, one who we think will coincide with the principles and goals of the ISP stated here.

As you know the Party leadership always wishes to hear from its party members and so I now ask that the members of the ISP send their proposal of supporting or a nominee for President to either Tohru or I. As to my current knowledge, the candidates are : Angrr of the TFC, Kokawayoshi Makoto of the JLP. If there are any other candidates please post below in the comments if you are running.

Members of the ISP, we have the opportunity and the will to become one of the greatest parties Japan has and ever will see, with our beginning as a small minor party who was taken over by a malicious group to our rebirth as the ISP and rise to one of the strongest parties of Japan we have the ability and will to achieve such a place in the history of Japan. I urge all members of the ISP to maintain an active erep lifestyle and contribute as much as possible to Japan and to the party. Please also visit the forum and voice your opinions and concerns for the party or message Tohru and I and we will gladly do something about it.

And now for my opinion of Japan and its current state. I have watched and helped as Japan has gone from a scant nation to a growing prosperous power that will continue to grow only if we maintain an active erep lifestyle. However as of late, Ive had some ideas about leaving Japan as it seems it has changed to much to me. When i came to Japan, it was a warm and welcoming nation with lil to no hate for one another and less clickish. Japan as of late, in my opinion, has been going on a cold path towards hatred and anger against one another. It seems as if deep divisions are occuring that will take many months to heal. I miss the warmth that Japan had offered and now it seems that I need to just stay close to a few friends to keep warm from the cold desolate place that Japan is becoming. I feel everyone has a right to express their opinions without hatred coming back in return. Hitoshi is a prime example. Many people attack him with such hatred that it makes me ask Why am I in Japan. Id hate for Japan to become a place where opinions are attacked with such hatred that they are basically banished from the nation. We need to once again come together and put the past where it belongs. These are my opinions and attack them if you want, but I actually hope that I am wrong.
