Comparison of Raw Material Buildings

If you're going to build (buy) a raw material building, you will need a free land.
Now the total price you'll pay for raw material production is calculated.

Here is an example:
Q2 which produces 70 units, costs 2000 unit money, plus a land, which costs 1000 unit money

if exchange rate is as 1 Gold = 200 unit money,
then Q2 produces:
70 / ((2000+1000) / 200) = 4.6667 units/gold
and a Q3 produces:
125 / (10 + 1000 / 200) = 8.3333 units/gold
so Q3 will be better,

but if exchange rate is as 1 Gold = 600 unit money,
then Q2 produces:
70 / ((2000+1000) / 600) = 14 units/gold
and a Q3 produces:
125 / (10 + 1000 / 600) = 10.714 units/gold
so Q2 will be better.

Conclusion:
While exchange rate is 500 or more, you should buy Q1 or Q2
