Complaining
The admins are so quick I can't keep up with the changes in the game. My ideas get obsolete the next day I express them. Recently I wrote an article which was actual only for a few hours before the new storage system. After the update I had to remove it.
I asked a friend of mine to collect statistics on the Switzerland weekly production. After he handed it over to me the admins changed production formulas. Again a waste of effort.
I am not sure for how long my next idea will be valid. But I'll give it a shot.
Productivity
Productivity in manufacturing multiplied by many times, doubled at least. 1 man in q5 food company began to produce 5 times as much food as before. 1 q5 worker can feed as much people as 5 q1 workers. So much food can not be consumed so many workers got fired and moved to the mining industry.
Productivity in mining multiplied by two times due to the new formula. Migrated workers from manufacturing and new companies contributed to triple it.
The new world is being flooded with goods. We can't consume it all. I look forward to seeing how it ends.
Soon all of the new world citizens will be able to consume food for 300 health every day.
2 grain farms and work as an employee for a q2-5 food company will produce more than that. It is possible that surpluses will be repeatedly destroyed or thrown on the market at a price of 0.01 to empty storage.
The best product
But there is a product which will be always in demand. It is q5 weapon.
You can change 1 q5 food for 5 q1 food but you can not change 5 q1 weapon for 1 q5 weapon. It is just not the same.
Even if there is enough iron, there is not enough q5 weapon companies to produce weapon of this quality for everyone. Few of us can spend 320 gold to establish a q5 company.
Rules
Generally you:
- Work for higher quality companies if you are in manufacturing. Check out on the job market right now. Your productivity will be 5 times more in a q5 company. And supposedly your salary. One Swiss in q5 company produces as much as 5 Frenchmen in q1 company.
- Check out all quality food when you go shopping. q1 food is not the cheapest now. It is the most expensive as a rule.
Particularly to the q5 weapon:
- Work for a q5 Swiss weapon company is efficient use of manpower our country. 5 times as efficient to be exact.
- Produced weapon is really needed. q5 weapon increases our strength by 2 times to be exact.
- It is a good way to use our iron. We don't need useless currency or full stocks. We need tanks.
Business out of patriotism?
There are 6 q5 companies in our country. 1 is on a banned account, 5 belong to 4 live persons.

There are no employees in their companies. It's a shame. These companies could make a difference in Switzerland.
If up and running these 5 companies are as productive as 25 q1 companies. And keep in mind that they produce the most valuable product in the game: Q5 weapon.
We cannot force them to launch their companies. They may be just not into erep business. It's not fun for them any more. They are bored or don't have time. But as Switzerland patriots they should consider reopening their companies. They will make a difference.
Solution for a lazy manager
I can think of one way for a general manager to be involved in managing their company as little as possible.
- Manager puts all their iron on market, so that it is not available from the company.
- Manager puts 10 vacancies at a minimum salary
- Employee takes a position
- Employee donates iron accordingly to their production
- Employee works iron into tanks
- Manager checks productivity of the workers and donates the produced tanks to them once in one-two days for the previous period.
It means the manager doesn't bother about raw material, selling products, salary. They only need to donate tanks from time to time.
It requires 300 iron and 60 productivity points to produce 1 q5 tank. If your productivity is 300 you send 1500 iron and produce 5 tanks which the manager will send you later.
If you don't have so much iron you may send less. It means you will produce less tanks.

I'd like to hear from these 4 persons if they are ready to work like this. And I'd like to hear from citizens if they are interested in this project.

Als Wirtschaftsminister solltest du eigentlich wissen das A. in der Schweiz generell eine Arbeitsknappheit existiert und B. seit dem neuen Wirtschaftsmodul die freie Marktwirtschaft demontiert wurde und keine anreize existieren irgendwelche Mitarbeiter weiter zu beschäftigen.
Auch ist es eine schande wie du hier versuchst Thalia Enterprises anzuprangern. Dasjenige Unternehmen das im Krieg zwischen der Schweiz/Deutschland kostenlos die Schweizer Armee und Alliierten mit Q5 Waffensystemen ausgerüstet hat. Wo war die SLP zu dieser Zeit? Achja, die meisten sind ja längst Bankrott oder praktizieren Steuerbetrug und verlangen gleichzeitig höhere Steuern LOL

This article is not meant to accuse or hurt anybody's feeling. It has nothing to do with parties and party rivalry. The word shame aimed at the situation when such a valuable asset is not running. The managers have their own reasons not to run them. It is totally understood.
The point of the article is to urge the managers to reopen their companies and workers to quit their low quality jobs and move to higher quality companies. Also the is advise to change consumption behavior to eat only q1 food.
