To stay employed you must maintain a wellness above 90 at all times.
If your wellness is not above 90 then you are not meeting minimum qualifications and pay will be reduced accordingly or you will be terminated.

Pay: Is based on consistant working (every day) and staying above 90 at all times.
Suggestion: Buy a house
Daily: Work first, then train, then fight the amount of stars your hospital has. After this then go to the battle field and heal. This will bring you back up to the highest you can be after you train and work. Whatever the difference is will be what star level your house needs to be.

Work ethics:
If you miss one day, your pay will be reduced.
If you miss two days in a week you will be fired.
