Common Sense Part Three.

So, here comes the third edition of the Common Sense Series , if you've read my last article of this series Common Sense Part II, you'll know what to expect so I won't bother going into too much detail here, what I will say though is I am amazed that people are starting to agree with some (if not all ) of what I am saying, I would just like to say thank you to all the people who take time out to read what I have to say, and thank those who voted my latest articles up even more, I appreciate it greatly lads and it makes me feel confident in my own abilities.
So now, with no further need for time wasting, I'll begin.
In my previous article, Sweet Drinker said this, so when there was another rebellion, this time in the Cork region, I thought this would be government supported,and hopefully, we'd win and push the occupier out, securing the province as well as the much needed resource of cattle, I fought in that battle, I done my share of the killing and done a bit of damage until I ran out of food and weapons, I even earned a Battle Hero in the fight, but I realized that this revolt didn't have the support I thought it did, and it made me angry.. now I am aware of a rumor regarding a possible Spanish invasion should we regain control of Cork, but I read what Victor Kurgan said, and the one thing I have to say is that whether this rumor is true or not should not interrupt us reclaiming what is rightfully ours, it seems we have leaders who are either afraid or unwilling to take risks and that my friends is a major problem, in fact, if I had the support to do so I would take the reigns myself and lead this country to liberation.
Another thing that bothers me is that even when there are RW involving our own country, the national MUs encourage us to fight in allied wars that are not our own, I understand the importance of allies and that but at the same time it should be a priority to free ourselves before helping our allies, but I have two questions on my mind ; 1. At what cost will liberation finally come and 2. Is common sense really that common?

If we don't support our allies, who will come support us if we take Cork and Spain does attack? Again, I have to ask, to what common sense are you referring? Are we to imply taking back eIreland is common sense?
I'm not saying don't help our allies, I'm saying we should we help ourselves BEFORE helping others
1. That strategy will not work. Like it or not eIreland cannot win against the eUK by itself. eIreland is defined by its citizenry not its regions... as long as we have our congress secured I consider us liberated. Anything more than that is a luxury.
2. We already did help ourselves by maintaining a trench between ourselves and a TWO nation that would have the ability to occupy us militarily long term (unlike the eUK). Cork is basically worthless... this isn't real life... no one lives in Cork is going to suffer because its occupied by eUK. Failing to understand this not only reflects poorly on your grasp of strategy, but also on your appreciation for what the struggle of war and the fight for freedom means in a real life context.

If we kept fighting the brits maybe we would stay erased but brits would be paralyzed to do anything else.
We could help US much more by removing britain from a list of countries that invaded US.

There have been some moves to reach out to Spain to ensure Cork would be safe if we liberated it. The Brazil MPP is a good start, since they are an ally of Spain.
Spain has told our diplomats that they do not intend to attack us, if the border opens at Cork. That may be true, or it may be a ruse to lull us into false confidence about liberating the region. A little more talk behind the scenes will hopefully assuage any doubts. There's no need to rush into a potential wipe, until we are absolutely sure Spain won't attack out of sheer boredom.

I have to agree with Fitzpatrick. If we cannot even secure our own nation, how can we help other nations. It's no point in having allies if we don't even try to take our land back. So far we haven't had allies support us majorly in our efforts so we should prioritize ourselves to reclaim our territory FIRST.
I said we were working on the Cork issue, why would you think that was marching orders?
Our allies haven't prioritized our RW's because we remind them not to every time an unsanctioned RW pops up.
Ireland has 3 regions, many of our friends are struggling to hold 1.
If your friend is starving and you've already eaten 3 slices of pizza, do you prioritize getting yourself a 4th slice? Don't expect to have friends for long if the answer is 'yes'.
That's why Ireland helps allies first!

Canada, the US, and many others are really hurting. We are holding enough regions to run the country smoothly. It's time to fight through our MPPs (a luxury that some other nations don't enjoy right now).
We have a congress and our weapon resource region. Be extremely happy with that.

Our allies are in even worse situations then we are, so obviously they aren't planning on making us a priority. They helped us plenty when we were wiped, now its our turn to help them. We owe it to them. And besides, if we ignore all our allies, we won't have them much longer.
Why would our allies helped us when our own irish takes britis cz and openly fight against us and then gets welcomed back by irish government...even accepted back in IA for being "a real asset of IA" as Seanan said #conway.
I'm working on a way to resolve this. If it works we can bargain against the UK to get our regions back as well as helping like-minded allies. We're perfect for this opportunity and need about three more like-minded countries.

Because no one wishes to fight for their own country. Our president even says would should help without receiving help. No one will turn a blind eye to Ireland because we cant hold out and we have barely anything.
