Citizens of eBelgium,

Today marks the day the Church of Rebirth sees the Light.

I was reborn among you after more than five long years in the darkness.
And when I returned to the Light of the New World, I was granted two gifts: a purpose and a Code.

Yesterday, you were calling me Raskol The Malicious. Today, you may call me Raskol The Righteous, Harbinger of their Return.

I am to guide this community towards what made it great. "But what made our community so great?"
You may legitimately ask. This question deserves a simple yet truthful answer: what makes a community so great is its members. And we will bring these members back.

Moreover, in order to fulfil this purpose, I was given a Code. This Code, named the Code of Order, is now presented to you.

As the Harbinger, I assure you: they will see the Light of the New World again.
