I announce to you today the launch of COBRA II.

The initial COBRA led by famous Augustus Baldwin was a complete success, and I have the same aspirations for COBRA II.
In the coming days, we will be hiring new agents to infiltrate the government in all levels, congress, the executive, and the military.

Once this infiltration stage is complete, we will inform the government of our demands and if they do not comply, secret government information and intelligence will be published on the international stage.

We will use one organization to deliver news and manage agents:
