This is a huge tl;dr wall of text... very dry reading. It's basically a history lesson for Clifford Burns and anyone else who can't seem to get their facts straight before making insane accusations.
I wouldn't be offended if you just enjoy the graphics (I really worked hard to make the Pinocchio one), Vote and hopefully Comment.

A Review of Facts Already Presented

In response to the twisted fabrications of Clifford Burns.

Every bit of this has been made public before this time, but in typical style Clifford Burns chooses to believe what he wants and publish that as truth. While I really find it distasteful to respond to public demonstrations of abject ignorance, when lies are not rebuffed they may be accepted as truth.

I am an American, RL and in game. In game, I am a soldier, as I have been nearly all of my eLife. I am currently a proud member of the US Cavalry, serving as Public Affairs Officer, Editor of the Cavalry Saber newspaper, at the rank of Captain. I have served in this capacity since the time my Swiss adventure began, and have never attempted to hide that fact.

Last September Switzerland impeached a President, one Jimako-Thess, who was also President of the Swiss Liberal Party (SLP). The next in succession to PP was a leftover Russian Shaolin from some previous national PTO attempt. Rod Damon, head of EDEN Intel, asked me to go to Switzerland and join the SLP, so that PP would fall to me and the Party would be safe till the next election. This was not a secret.
During my stay I made use of the SLP's newspaper, the Swiss Liberal News. On Sunday October 3, 2010 (Day 104😎 I published an article in which I publicly introduced myself to the people of Switzerland and explained my mission as well as announced the SLP's Presidential endorsement for October.

The politically paranoid were quick to ignore this and launch media attacks on me, so the next article on Tuesday October 5, 2010 (Day 1050) included a link back to the previous piece, again re-stating the purpose of my mission, emphasizing that point with this statement:
Anyone who says anything else, says I have any other intentions, is blowin' smoke outta their ass.

Walther Rathenau was President during October. Though a member of Clifford's team, he has been very communicative and cooperative with the opposing faction when they were in power. In fact, Walther alerted me to some incorrect dates in this article and helped me get them straight for editing-- THANKS!

The October Party President elections came, an unfavorable candidate won SLP PP but it was not my business or concern, I had performed my duty so I published an article and went back to the US.
Even before the election results were in on Friday October 15 (Day 1060), I published my intent to return to the US-- of course, with US citizenship.

I have this graphic.. according to the file notes it was Last Modified on October 15. It's in my Photobucket site just before the photos used in the October 16 article (see below).
I remember publishing an article-- primarily for my US readers, so it should be in Custer's Stand on the 15th or 16th of October.
Yet I cannot find any article in any of the four newspapers I write to, featuring this photo!

This photo clearly depicts me as an American, speaking to an American audience about my experience in Switzerland, at a podium displaying the logo of the Strategic Air Command-- an American Organization run by EDEN Intel Chief Rod Damon.

On Saturday October 16 (Day 1061) I again published in the SLP's Liberal News. It was clear that I had rejoined my Cavalry unit and resumed my duties with the Public Affairs Office.

I continued to read the Swiss media. I kept in touch with political and community leaders in Switzerland. The idea for a Swiss national army was presented to me by Paul Proteus and other prominent Swiss players. I consulted with my US Military superiors to get authorization for an extended Leave of Absence from my regular duties. When Paul was elected President of Switzerland in November, I returned to Switzerland.

I published, in the US Cavalry's official newspaper, the Saber, on Wednesday November 10 (Day 1086) a humor piece, claiming that Switzerland had launched an ICBM at California. This was spammed in #eSwitzerland, a Comment was left by President Paul, and the standard Location line read "US Cavalry Field Headquarters."

I began publishing a series of articles in the Switzerland Armed Forces (Org) newspaper, the S.A.F. Guardian, on Saturday November 13 (Day 1089). One important key to having a proper national army is that it be a permanent and legitimate component of the national government, by inclusion in the Constitution, which was outlined in the first of a five-part series introducing the new Swiss Army and outlining its purpose and the benefits it brings to the nation.

Throughout this, I was quite clear in stating that I continued my role as a US Cavalry officer, on temporary assignment to the government of Switzerland.

In early December I reached out to new President Cesgon and MoFA Clifford Burns, but in true fashion they did not respond to me at all. Cesgon was impeached, and I worked closely with President F4uc0n for the remainder of his term.
I continued to recruit soldiers and train them, eventually graduating two Training Groups to bring the fledgling Swiss Army to a total of 22 battle ready soldiers.
I did not request, and declined to accept, any government funding for this Army, holding firm that it needed to be ratified by Congress first.
That never happened, through three Presidents and three sessions of Congress, and on Monday January 3 (Day 1140) I deactivated the Army in protest of the Congress' failure to follow through on their job-- to ratify the Swiss Armed Forces as a permanent and legitimate non-partisan component of the Swiss government.
At that time I moved, complying with US Cavalry standard deployment orders, and took a job with a US Cavalry-owned company.

I published my intention to retain my Swiss citizenship in the Thursday January 6 (Day 1143) edition of Custer's Stand, making that statement part of the standard format of the paper.
I worked with Clifford, assisting in the impeachment of the KOZA Nostra PTO'er and installation of his own hand picked foreign national as President of Switzerland. I reached out to new President Milanlazetic and MoD MaliodPalube, offering my own perspective on the role of the military and the status of the Swiss Army, as well as my advice on international relations and MPPs, etc. The boys were very receptive-- I was asked to act as "assistant MoD" to help with military relations with the US and EDEN. We have maintained good relations and regular communication since their first day in office.

When a rogue French Congressman proposed Switzerland as Natural Enemy (Saturday January 8 (Day 1145)), and our own rogue Congressman made the counter-proposal to make France our Natural Enemy, MoFA Clifford asked me to use my contacts in the US to try to get an MPP to protect us in case of invasion. I pointed out that I could not communicate in such an official capacity as "assistant MoD" and Commander of a deactivated Army, so Clifford made me Swiss Ambassador to the US. Off I went to confidential IRC PMs with both the US MoFA and the Supreme Commander of the US Military, securing from both the assurance of an MPP if we were attacked and needed it. The crisis passed, as was expected, without invasion or need of protection from the US.

My frustration with Swiss politics had reached a peak with the failure of Congress to ratify the new Constitution and legitimize the Swiss Armed Forces. The ongoing cycle of "Good Guys vs Bad Guys," the rotation in and out of service of the two complete sets of government Orgs and the two forums and the two banks, the constant misinformation and misdirection in the media, the manipulation of the media and of Congress and of the very economy itself, and the absolutely absurd constant agitation over language and culture and both RL and game national origin... these things which are uniquely Swiss phenomenon have become wholly intolerable to me.

On January 15 I voted for Rican for Swiss Freedom Party President, and I traded my Swiss citizenship for American. I posted my resignation from all Swiss government positions in both the eHelvetica and eSchweiss forums, and wrote letters to both the President and MoD.
I turned over to President Milanlazetic and MoD MaliodPalube the password to the Swiss Armed Forces org and its newspaper, and pledged any further assistance they may ask of me in reforming the Swiss Army under Swiss leadership-- if Congress ever does their friggin' job.

I then contacted both the US MoFA and Secretary of State to notify them of my resignation from Swiss government, and was asked to serve as US Ambassador to Switzerland.
I joined the political Party my long time friend, Cavalry Scout Commander Major Sir Valaro Volcrum has recently formed-- yes, the Party platform is heavy on military support, much like the American Military Party which I founded and was Party President of for many months.
On Sunday January 16 (Day 1152) I published in Custer's Stand a public notice of all these things... except my political Party affiliation, which is (1) obviously public record, on my profile page, and (2) hardly an act of espionage.

All of this tl;dr has been a review of facts and events already on record.



You really stunk up the place with this one, Clifford Burns.
Of all the things you do that are to the detriment of Switzerland-- and the list would be another tl;dr page in itself-- the worst of all is that you consistently and shamelessly work to divide the Swiss people against themselves while you manipulate the truth to serve your own purpose.
